I had a little issue with my Jeep I was dealing with until I talked with Brandy. I was so happy with her ability to listen to my situation and figure out how to solve it. So many times at other business until I talked with Brandy. I was so happy with her ability to listen to my situation and figure out how to solve it. So many times at other businesses I've been told "I Understand and want to help" and nothing gets done.I feel Brandy went above and beyond to fix my problem, communicating back and forth with me through the whole process till it was resolved. Went for a recall for my air bag for my jeep wrangler made an appointment a month before when I went the the day off for service they said they didn’t have the airbag in stock they would have to order it made an appointment a month before when I went the the day off for service they said they didn’t have the airbag in stock they would have to order it. I’ll never use this dealership again biggest inconvenience they call me the day before to remind me about my appointment but they can’t make sure the airbag is in stock More
