I leased a jeep in 2019 and purchased maintanence contracts, only to find out when I go to use these contracts I paid for in excess of $2500 that the dealership voided them one month after I got my j contracts, only to find out when I go to use these contracts I paid for in excess of $2500 that the dealership voided them one month after I got my jeep. I had no idea, no refund or anything! However,I have the contracts, and i was told to call the finance manager at the dealership and can not reach anyone by phone. Keep getting and endless loops and not able to leave any message. BUYER BEWARE if you purchase and extended service contracts. More

when my Jeep 2021 Compass didn't start, I called the dealership and was given guidance on how to proceed to get the car into service. After a jumpstart, I took it directly to them where they assured me dealership and was given guidance on how to proceed to get the car into service. After a jumpstart, I took it directly to them where they assured me it was the battery and it would be replaced. Madison was very professional and put my mind at ease immediately that they would replace battery as well as a full service. She was there when I picked it up and I was very happy with the experience. More
