Our concern does not require "additional" response from Schumacher as to date there has been none. Initial response would be nice. In early July of this year we called Financial Manager John Shirly and explicitly told him about our complaint. Mr. Shirly stated that (sales man) Alex Bobkov would respond. Mr. Bobdov did not do so and did not return our phone messages to him. Accordingly and in compliance with Florida law we wrote a detailed formal demand letter which was delivered to Schumacher by certified mail on 7/21/22, with copies to Mr. Shirly, Mr. Bobkov, Mr. Delgreco and Ms. Joan Moreno. The letter was later copied to Mr. John Schumacher. The letter contained as exhibits copies of all relevant sales documents and copies of court cases and opinions relied upon. The demand letter was never responded to. Absent response or explanation from Schumacher we believe our interpretaton of Florida law is correct and are prepared to file suit in small claims court. Unfortunately we don't know whom to sue because our contract, Title, and all personal and public communication fom Schumacher have used various d/b/a names (or no seller's name as on Title) and are not legal entities susceptible to being sued. On 8/28/22 we sent an emil to Mr. Shirly (with copy to Mr. Schumacher) with copies of all relevant documents requesting disclosure of the name of the entity that sold us the car. That letter also received no resonse from Schumacher (or customer service.) Ideally we would like to discuss and attempt to settle our claim with Schumacher and or its attorneys. Minimally we are entitled to the name of the particular entity that sold us the vehicle. This is our 8th Jeep and we actually like the dealership's service and would buy from them again circumstances permitting.
