Went in for an express oil change @ 7:30am. I was checked in by 7:40am and asked how long it would take. The very nice service writer said about an hour. After an hour and fifteen minutes, I I was checked in by 7:40am and asked how long it would take. The very nice service writer said about an hour. After an hour and fifteen minutes, I received a text that my vehicle service is complete and to wait for another text to pay and pick up. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked where the truck was and was told the service is complete and they are waiting for a porter to bring it around. another 15 minutes go by and still no car. I asked again. Still waiting. Another 10 minutes and I ask again. They are still waiting to have the car brought around. As compensation for my time, they did not charge me for the oil change. Appreciated but not necessary. However, another 20 minutes goes by and i'm still waiting for my truck. So from the time i got the notice that my vehicle service was completed to the time i received my truck back was one hour. There was nothing express about the service i received today and in fact was the exact opposite. 2 hours for an express oil change is NOT express! More
