My name is Donna Turcotte. I love being part of the Schumacher family.They always take good care of us. We have recently had a technical window issue fixed, an oil change don I love being part of the Schumacher family.They always take good care of us. We have recently had a technical window issue fixed, an oil change done, and new brake pads and rotors on our Challenger. Ben is awesome. He gets it done, gets it done right, and makes sure that it is clean and shining when we get it back. He is professional and kind. He communicates with us, no matter how busy he gets. Some of the staff that always helps us includes Brianna and Sharon. They make sure we have what we need while we are waiting and do some of the extra leg work. They show they care.
