First visit, wrong seat covers were installed, second visit was to show them wrong covers were installed (someone else needed to see this). Third visit was to get the problem corrected. Now it really begins.... December 2013 they had my car for 11 days!. There was paint chipping on the inside of the door, back of seats were coming apart, piece of plastic on side of seat caught my child's finger, and brakes squeaking to name a few. Eleven days later when I picked up my car it had been driven for 10 miles, it was covered with tree sap all over the car, and the roof of the car was dented. They did not even offer to wash the car. Drove the car for 1 day, and the break squeaking occurred again. I was told by the service manager that "I should take my car to another dealer, as there is nothing wrong". One day I was in the area an popped in. I took the service manager for a ride, where he heard the brake problem. He never apologized for what he said about taking the car elsewhere. They did finally fix the brake problem. Yet, I am waiting 4 months now to have this dent repaired. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.....RUN FAST FROM THIS DEALER! More

Horrible experience! My wife and wanted to buy a Chrysler Town and Country. The sales person was nice enough as we visited twice to consider buying a Chrysler or Honda. We decided on the Chrysler because the Town and Country. The sales person was nice enough as we visited twice to consider buying a Chrysler or Honda. We decided on the Chrysler because the price we were given in writing was better then the Honda. We were given pricing at the dealership during the second visit in writing. Over the weekend we decided we would move forward and we finalized the vehicle to be purchased. The dealer had to get the car from another dealer. I was sent via email the window sticker with the final price of the car in BIG BOLD WRITING. I asked the salesman to get all the paperwork complete prior to my arrival. He insisted I just come in and get everything done. The salesman didn't want to do anything until I arrived. When I arrived the salesman started the paperwork. Upfront they asked me for a deposit on the car with my credit card. I was happy to give them a deposit but insisted on the breakdown of pricing. Multiple times I was told you will get it soon. When they finally provided me with the pricing it was $1,000 more then the price we agreed upon. When I explained the pricing was different both the salesperson and the finance manager said this was the price with taxes and rebates for five minutes. Eventually the Chrysler team noticed it was different and said " oh, we made a clerical error, it is an honest mistake". I told them I came in to buy a car based on the price they agreed on and started walking out. While walking out I poked my head into the General Managers office and said " When you sell someone a car you shouldn't try raising the price on signing by $1,000 and act like it is a mistake". His comment back was "We only make 2% on the car and it is a waste of our time." He didn't deny they tried to raise the price. It got heated and I went down the street and bought a Honda. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM DELRAY CHRYSLER! More
Upon entering the parts dept. I was shocked to see the filth all over the place. Mud on the floor,dirt everywhere,garbage cans overflowing,parts thrown everywhere and even broken walls. I also had a terrible experience with my first appointment on my new MKZ hybrid. Car was returned unwashed, took far longer than promised and the presets were not working. I had a Jaguar XJ which I traded in because I wanted to buy American. There is no comparison in the dealerships. Delray Lincoln should be ashamed of themselves. More

Have had nothing but problems with this dealership on their service. I bought the car in NC but live in FL so Maroone was my local dealer. When my 02 Dodge Dakota was about 6 months old I heard a noise their service. I bought the car in NC but live in FL so Maroone was my local dealer. When my 02 Dodge Dakota was about 6 months old I heard a noise in the front end and since we were in NC we took it back to the dealer we bought it from. The diagnosed the problem but since we were leaving and they didn't have the part in stock they let us know what we needed. When I brought it to Maroone they didn't want to hear that it was the ball joints and the control arms (maybe because there had just been a recall on the same parts!!!) They kept telling me they didn't hear a noise - but as soon as I would drive off it would do it again. Finally the end of my 36k warranty was coming and they finally heard the noise but said it was my serpentine belt - the noise went away. Well then my engine light came on last Dec, so I made an appointment with Maroone for service and it sat there ALL day and NO ONE looked at it. I was leaving out of town the next day so I couldn't let it stay another day - I figured I had an appointment they should have at least looked at the truck. The next day I called to make another appointment and of course no one answered so I left a message - no return call. A few months later I make an appointment to get it looked at - so I take the day off work and they call and CANCEL the appointment. Last week the truck started making an awful squeaking noise and the engine light was still on so I made an appointment for Arrigo and have already been treated so much better by them. They found that the Fuel Pump Seal is bad and the ball joints and control arms are no good (just what I told Maroone was wrong with the truck 4 years ago!!) and they also found that the rear wheel cylinder is leaking hydrolic fluid something I didn't even bring it in for. Since they don't have the ball joints in stock it will be in service over the weekend. I have the extended warranty and it covers a rental and they were nice enough to take care of that for me - Maroone would never have offered that - especially since they can't even look at the vehicle even if you have an appointment!! More
