I'm a very indecisive person to begin with and am even more so when it comes to cars. I keep them for a long time so they are a big commitment for me. As such, it took about a month to finally decide that the Challenger was indeed the car for me. Christopher Day was my sales rep and even though I had originally told him I'd be ready to buy in a week or two, he was very patient and understanding throughout the process, never trying any hard-sell techniques or pushing me to make a decision before I was ready. The night before we were ready to make the purchase I came across this website and read these reviews. I had had a negative experience with a Jeep/Dodge dealership up north just a few years ago, so I was almost swayed me to look for another dealership. I'm glad I didn't. The next day we were able to hammer out a deal in no time at all. They gave me a very fair deal on my trade-in and exactly the financing that I expected. It was the most pleasant and hassle free car-buying experience I've ever had. There were no hidden fees, silly up-sells, or "convenient" thousand dollar mistakes in the paperwork. Throughout it all, Chris was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. At the end of it all he walked me through every feature of the fully-detailed car with a full tank of gas. (Hard to believe those last two things would come as a surprise, but that was not the case with the Jeep dealership up north). All in all, a great experience and I hope their service department can carry the torch in the years to come. More

STAY AWAY FROM DELRAY DODGE!!! These people are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sold me a new car in September of '13 and it is a LEMON! Delray Dodge consistently These people are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sold me a new car in September of '13 and it is a LEMON! Delray Dodge consistently orders the wrong repair parts, their technicians miss service items and they even damaged my car causing $1000 in body work to be done to it. My car has been in their shop for over two months since I've bought the car. Their dealership refuses to deal with the situation appropriately. When I complained they even blocked and deleted my comments from their Facebook page. STAY AWAY FROM DELRAY DODGE AND DELRAY MOTORS!! Buy cars from anywhere else!! They are the worst people I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with!! More

Purchase my new Jeep from this dealer in July 2013. I decided to opt for the leather seats which needed to be swapped out. First visit, wrong seat covers were installed, second visit was to show them wrong covers were installed (someone else needed to see this). Third visit was to get the problem corrected. Now it really begins.... December 2013 they had my car for 11 days!. There was paint chipping on the inside of the door, back of seats were coming apart, piece of plastic on side of seat caught my child's finger, and brakes squeaking to name a few. Eleven days later when I picked up my car it had been driven for 10 miles, it was covered with tree sap all over the car, and the roof of the car was dented. They did not even offer to wash the car. Drove the car for 1 day, and the break squeaking occurred again. I was told by the service manager that "I should take my car to another dealer, as there is nothing wrong". One day I was in the area an popped in. I took the service manager for a ride, where he heard the brake problem. He never apologized for what he said about taking the car elsewhere. They did finally fix the brake problem. Yet, I am waiting 4 months now to have this dent repaired. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.....RUN FAST FROM THIS DEALER! More

Horrible experience! My wife and wanted to buy a Chrysler Town and Country. The sales person was nice enough as we visited twice to consider buying a Chrysler or Honda. We decided on the Chrysler because the price we were given in writing was better then the Honda. We were given pricing at the dealership during the second visit in writing. Over the weekend we decided we would move forward and we finalized the vehicle to be purchased. The dealer had to get the car from another dealer. I was sent via email the window sticker with the final price of the car in BIG BOLD WRITING. I asked the salesman to get all the paperwork complete prior to my arrival. He insisted I just come in and get everything done. The salesman didn't want to do anything until I arrived. When I arrived the salesman started the paperwork. Upfront they asked me for a deposit on the car with my credit card. I was happy to give them a deposit but insisted on the breakdown of pricing. Multiple times I was told you will get it soon. When they finally provided me with the pricing it was $1,000 more then the price we agreed upon. When I explained the pricing was different both the salesperson and the finance manager said this was the price with taxes and rebates for five minutes. Eventually the Chrysler team noticed it was different and said " oh, we made a clerical error, it is an honest mistake". I told them I came in to buy a car based on the price they agreed on and started walking out. While walking out I poked my head into the General Managers office and said " When you sell someone a car you shouldn't try raising the price on signing by $1,000 and act like it is a mistake". His comment back was "We only make 2% on the car and it is a waste of our time." He didn't deny they tried to raise the price. It got heated and I went down the street and bought a Honda. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM DELRAY CHRYSLER! More
Upon entering the parts dept. I was shocked to see the filth all over the place. Mud on the floor,dirt everywhere,garbage cans overflowing,parts thrown everywhere and even broken walls. I also had a terrible experience with my first appointment on my new MKZ hybrid. Car was returned unwashed, took far longer than promised and the presets were not working. I had a Jaguar XJ which I traded in because I wanted to buy American. There is no comparison in the dealerships. Delray Lincoln should be ashamed of themselves. More
