Run don't even pull up in the parking lot I would not advise buying a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a vehicle from this dealership and it was a nightmare. I had an OTD price of 27,500 I would not advise buying a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a vehicle from this dealership and it was a nightmare. I had an OTD price of 27,500 and they told me to order the Subaru I wanted they required that I put down a 1k downpayment after I made the payment they gave me an email confirmation that now I only owed 26,500 for the vehicle. The night before we picked up our vehicle I called Sal the salesman to go over the pricing so thee was no surprises. When met Sal at a 11 A.M. Sal tried to say it was 27,500+1k down payment. He tried for over an hour to convince me that I need to pay another 1k for the vehicle. Yet I showed him my receipt and email confirmation. Then after 1 hour 1/2 they finally agreed to the price that we already had an OTD price of. When we had to fax document to my bank I saw the black board with my name on it showing it was for 27,500-1k for the down payment. So then I knew Sal intentionally tied to charge me 1k extra. This should of been the warning. When we ordered the vehicle we paid extra for a feature of the cali emissions called the PZEV I have paper trail that the dealership said this vehicle had that. Yet it didn't since the 15's are a new generation and just came out Sal used that to falsely allege that this vehicle was a PZEV when we confronted him to why vehicle did not have the PZEV symbol. Sal lied some more and said Subaru decided all the 15 outbacks will have the PZEV therefore there is no reason to put the symbol on the vehicle since it is standard. He compared it to the backup camera he said you don't see a symbol on the car saying it has this feature do you? Still skeptical Sal then had this mechanic lie for him and tell us Sal is correct this is a PZEV vehicle when he knew it wasn't. So then we pointed out scratches on the vehicle Sal ensured us it was just glue marks yet we pointed out that this was not glue marks. Sal lied again and said to protect the cars because they come from Japan Subaru sprays the cars down with a light glue and this protects the vehicle. at the end Sal admitted these were scratches yet put the vehicle in the bay shop. Yet he never got the scratches out. So then we have an audio recording from the dealership saying they would pay to have the scratches repaired. So when I sent Daniel Blackburn the audio recording he said yes even though we had agreed to repair the scratches because Mr. Kaplun doesn't work here what he said is a moot point. So then I filed a complaint though the state of Florida flhsmv. then the dealership left a message saying they would repair the scratches. Yet when the state of florida Flhsmv closed the case the dealership owner Mr. Young said since the case is closed we renege our offer. So then I called the state of Florida and they reopened up the case then the dealership lied to them so they closed it then they reopened it for a 3rd time. The Dealership tried to force me to drive without a tag when I tried to advocate to get one Mr. Dwight Anderson the finance manager said drive back to Tampa slowly so you will not get pulled over by the police for not having a tag, yet my father who is 72 confronted Dwight and said we are not taking the vehicle without a tag. Dwight got into my fathers face and said "listen old white man" I am in charge and your not getting one do you understand" then Dwight almost shoved my father into the wall I had to get into the middle to prevent Dwight from causing my father bodily harm injury. This is a Shady Dealership and the owner is very shady. When I confronted him about why they agreed to repair the scratches and renegged he went to his attorney which said I am not authorized to contact him or anyone else or it will be considered harassment. Yet trying to have me drive without a tag and trying to shove a senior into a wall and trying to charge me 1k more and everything else that happened. I am the victim not the victimizer the dealership should be embarrassed it should be closed down. Do not buy a Subaru or any other vehicle from this Dealership. Run..... as fast as you can from this dealership . More

I purchased a brand new 2014 Jeep Compass on the July 6th and could not be happier with it. It looks great and drives really smooth and most importantly I feel very safe with all the safety features included in the package. Sales Consultant Allen Gallagher knew everything about the vehicle and helped me go through the configurations and was even willing to help me pair my phone so that when I left the dealership everything was working perfectly. John Hertling did a great job setting me up with the purchase at the exact price I was looking for and it was a quick and easy process. I strongly recommend this dealership. It is professionally run and everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. More

Bought Pre-Owned Vehicle, Would buy from Gary again. Had been looking for a pre-owned vehicle for a couple of months. Based on an Internet advertisement I visited this dealer. The vehicle was advertised at a fair price and in great condition. Low mileage and could pass as new. The carfax was accurate with no reported damages and the vehicle had no unreported damage. Worked with Gary for the vehicle inspection, test drive and purchase. Gary was very personable and pleasant to deal with. Since buying a week ago, have driven the vehicle over 1000 miles with out any issues, very happy and would buy again Thank you! Greg Also, Most of the vehicles I saw on the pre-owned lot were in great condition, it is worth a visit (ask for Gary) More

I spent about 2 hours with our salesman Pedro, who was nice, But His manager was horrible. He kept making excuses as to why I couldn't get rebates that I knew I was eligible for and it seem like he didn't even care if he sold a car. I ended up at Arrigo. Less than 3 hours and I got a brand new Jeep, exactly what I wanted with all rebates and sold me the car at invoice. I'll never go back to the Delray store. They don't deserve my business or yours!!! More

When we arrived we test drove the vehicle and started the paper work, then we noticed that it was not the same exact van. we brought this to the attention to the salesman that we were dealing with and it did not seam to matter and told us that the deal could not be undone. We went back the following day and started dealing with salesman Alan Gallagher, who was very concerned about this and started to help us to get want we wanted. He went to the sales manager's Mitch Beverly, John Hertling & Jim Schroeder. All four of these people took this matter to heart and got us exactly what we should have got and wanted. They were all very professional and personable. I would recommend this dealership and this staff to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. We also can not say enough about Richard Bernas, the finance person that we dealt with on all three vehicles. He was especially nice when he had to undo the one vehicle that we did not want and redo all the paper work again for the one that we did originally wanted. Unfortunately none of the people she dealt with are still there. I spent about 2 hours with our salesman David, who was nice but didn't know the product too well or where any of the inventory was. His manager Mitch was horrible. He kept making excuses as to why I couldn't get rebates that I knew I was eligible for and he only wanted to sell me a car they had there which didn't match what we were looking for. When he finally agreed to get the car I wanted from another one of their dealers he told me I could no longer get the discounts we already discussed. Basically take the car they had that I didn't want or pay full price with no rebates on the one I wanted. No thank you! He told me "have a blessed day" with a smirk on his face and it was obvious what he was really trying to tell me. I felt insulted. How dare he talk to a customer that way! I ended up at Arrigo. Less than 3 hours and I got a brand new Jeep, exactly what I wanted with all rebates and sold me the car at invoice. They gave me 4 free oil changes too. I'll never go back to the Delray store. They don't deserve my business or yours! More
