Great car Only problem was 6. Hours of waiting I was told it's not a normal thing to wait so long. I had bought the car on Black Friday so the motor vehicle Only problem was 6. We missed our dinner engagement and our dog was in need of our attention . After we finished it was 6 pm we started at 1230 and as I finally went to our salesmen who was very nice ,he was with another customer. He asked if I could wait for bit he was with someone else I just stood there the manager she also was very nice saw the look on my face and contiued his customers .This allowed Ray to show us the features of our car. Oops one more thing did I forget to mention they forgot to transfert my plate to my new car.It was noticed by our salesman and the plate was put on my new car just before I drive off the lot But I love the car and the staff was very nice . REMARKABLE / EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE My perception on service departments throughout the years have been substandard. However; Schumacher of Delray has defied all odds!! When I brought My perception on service departments throughout the years have been substandard. However; Schumacher of Delray has defied all odds!! When I brought my vehicle in for servicing, my assigned service provider was currently assisting another customer. As I waited from him to finish up with that client a gentleman by the name of George, another service provider, greeted me. George had advised that he would take care of me from that point forward so I did not have to wait! Long story short there was also an issue with my computer system in my Jeep. **George went above and beyond his duties to accommodate all my needs. My Jeep is less than a year old and in my opinion should not have had any reason to be in the shop other than for its regular scheduled maintenance. However; opposed to making my experience inconvenient and irritating, George made light of the situation. With all this being said OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE!! More
