We wanted to see a certain SUV, he checked his computer right away, and less than 60 seconds later we were standing in front of the exact car we were looking for. We went for a test drive, decided the car was great, and then informed the rep that we wanted to trade in the car we drove there in. In record time, we came to a deal, and the paperwork was pushed through as fast as possible. We actually drove off in the new Grand Cherokee that day, and were thoroughly pleased. More
