She took care of obtaining a loaner car, figured out what service plan I had, made sure that my car got a spectacu Kelly was a great service advisor. She took care of obtaining a loaner car, figured out what service plan I had, made sure that my car got a spectacular wash and detail, handled all my maintenance issues and found a way to reduce my overall bill by giving me credit for all the cars I have bought at Schumacher over the years! Service repair charges Labor charges are very high compared to the needed low parts charges. We are even charged $39 for the repair orders to be given to the service departm Labor charges are very high compared to the needed low parts charges. New Staff, same great service I have had the same service adviser for the past several years, Patrick Casey, and when I recently called to set up appointment with him I was surpris I have had the same service adviser for the past several years, Patrick Casey, and when I recently called to set up appointment with him I was surprised to learn he had moved on to Infinity dealership. I was referred to a new adviser named Ashanti Dozier and I was very pleasantly surprised. She was friendly, helpful and informative. She also stayed past her time to leave as I was running 10 minutes late and she wanted to meet me in person as all day had been we had only spoken over the phone. Don't tell Patrick but I think I prefer Ashanti! Lol More

Was puzzled about "failed" inspection recommendation stating, I needed 4 new tires. Only have 22,000 miles on vehicle and my other Silverado's got at least 55,000 miles before new tires. Otherwise I was happy with the service! More
