Great experience after bad day Car broke down. Called for an appointment. Tow truck was late but got my vehicle to dealership as service reps were closing down. Left my car with Rob Car broke down. Called for an appointment. Tow truck was late but got my vehicle to dealership as service reps were closing down. Left my car with Rob and he said he would take care of it and call me the next day. Car was serviced, battery replaced and was able to pickup sooner than I thought. More

Excellent I accidentally left my wallet in the car and service representative returned it to me. Unhappy customer!☹️ Took my hummer3 in for service, got my truck back in a couple days still not running good. Put it back in the shop to be serviced again AND to address Took my hummer3 in for service, got my truck back in a couple days still not running good. Put it back in the shop to be serviced again AND to address the issue of a dent in my bumper and my tag and plate was broken and crumbled up! Then once my car was back there the manager only replaced my plate with one of theirs and then say he's not taking responsibility for my bumper! But tells me that the washer blades that they took my truck through only bent my tag and not my bumper! I'm so mad! I took my truck to be repaired not destroyed!!! More

No problem with service Took my Equinox in for the 4th time to have issues with the Infotainment system fixed. All the dealership can do is download new software. So far th Took my Equinox in for the 4th time to have issues with the Infotainment system fixed. All the dealership can do is download new software. So far the engineers at GM have not written or modified the software to fix a bunch of problems. Talking to the GM Infotainment people is a lost cause. I will keep taking my vehicle back until somehow they finally fix all the software or hardware problems. I assumed the system would work properly when the vehicle was purchased. More
