Dissatisfaction of service I was told that the 6 spark plugs were gone bad in my 2014 Chevrolet Suberban and 1 wire needed to be replaced. The gentleman gave me a paper showing I was told that the 6 spark plugs were gone bad in my 2014 Chevrolet Suberban and 1 wire needed to be replaced. The gentleman gave me a paper showing that 6 spark plugs and the wire. After back and forth talk with my extended warranty folks and the dealership where I bought the vehicle, the gentleman told me that they will do the service for me for $623 and change which I, at the end, agreed to. To make the story short, they replaced only ONE spark plug and spent a whole two-hour for $300 to replace the 1 spark plug. They charged me $402. 96 to replace 1 spark plug which I could do myself in less than 5 minutes! I would not expect anything better, because that is what car dealerships do in general: trick people. But one thing I know: it will not happen to me anymore, at least at that dealership. The most surprising thing was, the paper they gave me earlier showing that 6 spark plugs would be replaced, I left it in the car along with another paper I had, and it was gone when the car was returned to me! Lesson learned! More
