Quick Routine Maintenance I was in this morning for routine maintenance on my Chevy Tahoe. I had an appointment and also had my baby along with me. Nick, my service manager, c I was in this morning for routine maintenance on my Chevy Tahoe. I had an appointment and also had my baby along with me. Nick, my service manager, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He gave me a very accurate window of time that the service would take which is critical when waiting with a 10 month old. I was grateful for the toy room to let my baby play in and will absolutely continue to come back to this dealership for all service needs. More

Charger for wrong issue and TREATED POORLY when returned Charged for a misdiagnosed and spoken to poorly due to my issue of a popping noise wasnt resolved and I was had returned over 5 visits then was told t Charged for a misdiagnosed and spoken to poorly due to my issue of a popping noise wasnt resolved and I was had returned over 5 visits then was told to return again by GMC which Kellie E. Told me I still have to pay for them to fix the noise because now she thinks it's the axle and I am responsible for the part and the labor was free. When I went to pick up my vehicle after she stated I needed to return it because GMC has not called back and I she has been paying for my loaner out of her pocket. When I arrived and mentioned the credit Jim her boss offered she stated o what credit we will use that toward the labor then and you still have to pay for the part. That's all Schumacher could do for you amd smiled in a nasty manner. More
