Overall, I was pleased with the dealership from a customer's experience except for one major thing. There hourly rate they charge is $275//hour, and all their work is based on this rate so any repair customer's experience except for one major thing. In addition, they bill based on how many hours they are allowed to bill for NOT how long the job takes. Finally, on top of all these charges, I think they take a $50 shop fee/waste fee of $50 for even the simplest of repairs that don't require much in supplies or waste. They still charge it. I find this hourly rate, their bills, and their add on charges ridiculously high. I will never pay those rates again unless I am absolutely forced to. I can't afford an auto mechanic for $250/hour. Can you?! More
You can’t make an oil change appointment only appointments for other work, oil changes are first come first serve. The last three times I have come in I waited 3 to 4 hours for the oil change to appointments for other work, oil changes are first come first serve. The last three times I have come in I waited 3 to 4 hours for the oil change to be completed. The service advisor told me there is nothing he could do they are backed up. This is an idiotic customer service policy and needs to be changed. I have decided when I buy a new truck I will go to another dealer due to the service department issue. More

Schumacher does not care that my husband and I had a wheel come off while driving down the interstate after they serviced our Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. We sat in the middle of the turnpike between north bound and south bound traffic with our 2 German shepherds for 2 hours waiting for help and praying not to get hit by traffic. After numerous attempts to reconcile the issue, they still refuse to take ownership of their mistake. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about your safety and well-being, keep looking because this is not the place. More
