My friend was looking for a new car about six years ago and when she called around, only Wigder was open during a rather bad snow storm so we went. I couldn't get anything new since I had just gotten a new car a few years before, but I kept Wigder and Cory in mind. Well, she wanted something else and went back to Wigder a few years later and again, Cory and no problems. Only difference was this time I was done with my car, so I went a week later and dealt with Cory. About two hours later, I'm driving off the lot in my new car. Completely painless and Cory and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Mom needs a new car about a year later, back to Wigder and Cory. Again, no problems. I've brought my car in for service, my mom's, and the service department is very friendly as well! I did have a small issue with some body work I needed done, but Cory directed me to the body shop and they got everything fixed up in a jiffy. I always recommend people to Wigder if they are looking for a new or used vehicle and will continue to do so. More

None of that typical 'what would it take for you to buy a car today?' that I've heard time and again over the years (I've owned 17 cars in my life so I've dealt with many car salespeople). Before going to Wigder I had looked at a used AWD car at a used car lot. I liked the car but was wary of purchasing from a used car lot vs. a dealer. I went to Wigder, knowing they have been around a long time and have a good reputation (my father bought an Impala from Wigder way back in 1964!) to look at the Equinox as I was looking for either a small SUV or an AWD car. Cory showed me some very nice Equinox SUVs but I found that it was bigger than I had thought and I already had an SUV of that size. I showed Cory the ad of the AWD car that I had looked at, showing the price, and asked Cory if they could find one for me as the car is very hard to find, fully loaded as it is. He said they would try. So, we cut a deal on the spot without even knowing if they could find the car. Sure enough, within two weeks they found the car, with less mileage than the one I had looked at and it was in perfect condition. Better yet, it WASN'T EVEN A CHEVY! There was no pressure from Cory to buy a car on their lot and they had me quickly approved for a loan. The next time I need a car my first stop will be to visit Cory at Wigder Chevrolet! More

I brought my truck in for what I thought would be a routine repair since most of the damage was cosmetic. When I picked up the truck it was raining and the truck was parked outside so I was only able t routine repair since most of the damage was cosmetic. When I had an opportunity to look at it the next day I saw that there were areas of damage from the accident that were not fixed at all, and areas that were painted over without being sanded or filled.I immediately called the shop regarding the oversights and sent pictures. I then made arrangements a full week ahead to bring the truck back and have it fixed. I was assured there would be a loaner car for me at the time of drop off. However, I arrived at the agreed upon day and time there was no loaner car and I was nonchalantly told I should come back Wednesday. The quality of the work is shoddy and disregard for my time is appalling. I have called and sent e-mails to the body shop mgr, service mgr and even the owners with no results! They never fixed it More
