I highly recommend Matt Osborne. He really knows his stuff and he is extremely personable and positive. I inquired about the Chevy Cruze online through my auto insurer, and got a call from Eddie at Wigder almost immediately after they were notified-- it was literally moments after sending the inquiry. He was patient as we mulled over our options, let us take all the time we wanted on our test drive, was very knowledgable about Chevys in general and the new Cruze specifically, and wasn't the least bit pushy. Most impressively, his enthusiasm and good nature made the car-buying experience not only tolerable, but legitimately fun; I didn't think that was possible. Also, we dealt with other people at the dealership in passing, and everybody was very friendly. Next time we're in the market, we'll be stopping at Wigder before we go anywhere else. With his upbeat personality we were quickly more positive and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Matt offered us refreshments in a way that we just couldnt refuse. The staff in general were pleasant and acknowledged us as they went about the duties. Matt was able to offer us an acceptable discount on the price of the car for which we were very grateful. Brian, the financial manager was very professional and didn't hesitate to answer our questions. Our overall experience with Wigder was so positive that our teenage son who was with us inquired at the possibility of employment with them. I would recommend Wigder without hesitation. First off I have to say that my experience at Wigder Chevrolet was probably one of the best I've ever had buying a vehicle. Meeting Giancarlo after speaking with him on the phone a couple of times was g Chevrolet was probably one of the best I've ever had buying a vehicle. Meeting Giancarlo after speaking with him on the phone a couple of times was great. He was very friendly. Not your typical everyday car salesman. I felt very comfortable right from the start. Test driving the SUV’s was also a fun experience for both of us. He was not pushy at any time and there was no pressure what so ever. Once I decided on a vehicle we then took the action over to Jay who was also was very nice and friendly and made me feel like I was in good hands. Between both Jay and Giancarlo I was able to make a good choice on a vehicle and I have to say for the first time I actually trusted “the car salesman”!! LOL I asked them to please get me into a payment which I was able to afford and they were able to do that without trying to make little extra here and there. Jay gave me the rock bottom price which worked for me. What I asked for I pretty much got with no hassles at all from the guys although I wish I could say the same for my wife :-) Once we decided on a price I was then introduced to Brian the “finance genius”. He was also very pleasant and friendly and was able give me more for the money. Once I sat down with Brian he worked his magic and without a blink was able to get me twice the amount of coverage in warranty’s than I was expecting while also saving me some money in other areas of the final deal which I really appreciated as well very much so. Thanks Brian. Between these three awesome guys I walked out of there with a smile larger than life, heart pounding waiting to jump into this very fast, clean, well maintained SUV and cruise down the highway in a BAD @SS Trailblazer SS.
