My wife needed a new car, so we did our online research, found the car we wanted, and fortunately, there was a dealer close to our home. Our sales rep, Derrick Morrison, was admittedly new to car sales, bu found the car we wanted, and fortunately, there was a dealer close to our home. Our sales rep, Derrick Morrison, was admittedly new to car sales, but what he lacked in experience, he more than made up with his enthusiastic and energetic sales assistance. I had lots of questions, and when he didn't know the answer, he asked an associate and found out the answer. This willingness to go the extra mile impressed me greatly. Because we wanted several features, he didn't have the vehicle on the lot. However, they found the exact vehicle with the features we wanted, including the color, and had it on the lot in just a couple days. His communication skills were top notch, and he kept us in the loop the entire time. When we picked up the vehicle, he spent a lot of time detailing the vehicle and explaining all the functions to my wife and I. He was very patient, especially when we asked the same questions over and over. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied completely, which we were. We also dealt with Ray, the sales manager, and Brian, the finance manager. There were no high pressure sales tactics by either of them to try and purchase something we didn't want or need. It was a pleasure dealing with Widger Chevrolet, including Ray, Brian, and especially my sales rep, Brian Morrison. I definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new car purchase. More

I saw the car I was interested in, online. I was first contacted by Giancarlo, with whom I set up the meeting with. He was very polite and nice about the whole thing. He was patient enough to answer my mails and letting me know the details I needed. I was on call whole day and was not able to set up the meeting by phone. Giancarlo helped me on the day of my visit, and arranged for a test drive. On the day of my visit, I was greeted by Derrick at the door. I asked him for Giancarlo. On meeting Giancarlo, I was told Derrick will be helping me in looking at the car and deciding on it. Derrick was very nice. He gave us a demo and even answered all our questions and doubts. He infact told me that he was new to the job. But in the whole discussion and the deal, I did not feel like he was new to these things. I was very happy with the way the whole thing came out. I was supposed to pay an advance and then collect my car on Monday, once the detailing of the car was done. Derrick took the whole responsibility and has attended to the car very well. I got a nice, clean and sparkling "like" new car on the day of delivery. My experience of buying a used car at Widger Chevrolet was made very pleasant and happy by Derrick and Giancarlo. Thanks to them, I now own a beautiful car and am hoping that I enjoy every bit of the ride. The other glad part of the whole deal was when Derrick called me today, to check if everything was ok with the car and how my ride has been so far! :o) I was gladly surprised by this gesture of his. I have not seen any problem with the car so far. But I am sure I will be reaching out the the RIGHT people, IF AT ALL I face any problem. More

Dealing with Ed Goldstein and Wigder Chevrolet was a terrific new car buying experience. I have never purchased a Chevrolet before, so I was a little wary about dealing with both the new manufacturer ( terrific new car buying experience. I have never purchased a Chevrolet before, so I was a little wary about dealing with both the new manufacturer (GM) as well as a new dealer (Wigder). Let me tell you, Ed Goldstein made it a smooth and easy transaction. I received a fair price for the 2011 Avalanche, as well as a generous price for my trade-in. There were no hidden charges (like window etching), and Ed made sure that he wrote all the numbers down so that I could review them at home while I made my purchase decision. When I made the decision to buy at Wigder, Ed was always available to answer all my questions via phone and e-mail. Ed even stepped up to the plate when GM itself would not. I was unhappy with the center console in my new Avalanche -- because of a part that should be standard, but GM made it an option. I called GM to complain to them since it was their responsibility, but they would not listen to me. Ed made sure I was a happy customer by ordering the part for me and including it with the purchase. In summary, I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price, there were no hidden charges, and Ed made sure I was a happy customer after the sale was complete. Thank you Ed Goldstein and Wigder Chevrolet! i was not expecting to lease a car that night. i went in met harold and took care of me very well. he and brian had me out of the dealership with my new chevy cruze and took back my buick lease in less than met harold and took care of me very well. he and brian had me out of the dealership with my new chevy cruze and took back my buick lease in less than 2 hours. these guys were great and also helped me out with some discrepencies with my prevouse lease. my brother and i haved leased 10 gm cars within the last 10 years and will do so in the future with widger.
