I dropped car off at approx 745 am for oil, filter and tire rotation and when i arrived i found out there was also a roof re call. I said i would leave and they would call when ready, i assumed a couple tire rotation and when i arrived i found out there was also a roof re call. When i phoned around 130 it was not done so i said i must have by 330 I guess i should have said when i needed by when i dropped off I did get a call back and it was ready by 330 which worked out I was shown a tear in the roof starting and was told that Chevrolet will replace within warranty- great news! We will schedule a follow up and a loaner was offered for this service which was great so i wont have to worry about time frame I was suprised at the bill for oil change and filter was $101 , I am not used to paying so much for an "oil change" It was explained that it takes a synthetic oil, ok...but still thanks Darren Schumer More
The 'check engine' light turned on so I contacted Ed Goldstein, who suggested to bring the vehicle for service. The newly reconstructed dealership is pleasing, bright and offers luxuries like TV, gourmet hot beverages, and pastries to make the customer happy while you wait (which never took too long). The team worked well together, everyone greeting me and making sure I was being helped and satisfied. There is no pressure in the air, just collaboration and an effort to make the deal work for you. David even helped me move items from my old car into my new one. Afterwards, you will receive a calendar, picture of you with your new Chevy and a thank you note. I absolutely love my new Chevy Malibu Eco! Only one minor issue which arose was resolved very quickly by the pleasant service department. I have worked with other dealers and believe me, you will not get the kind of service Wigder provides. They are worth checking out...you won't be disappointed! More
The great visit began with my phone call. The person I spoke to was able to get me in quickly (nail in tires). Once I arrived to your facility I was greated nicely at the front desk. After some time Bernard came in and explained that my tires were okay and that the wipers I needed were going to be replaced. Also, while I was there I had an oil change done and my tires rotated. One recommendation that I would like to make is that the service dept. should have Sat hours. I live and work in Bayonne and I cannot take off from work to have my car serviced during the week. I think that other people may have a similiar problem. More
Harold was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable leasing from Chevy. My first person that made my experience good was he worked in the internet dept. he was very nice and well spoken set me up to speak with my sales person Dante, which he mad my test drive a easy breeze went ever all the features in the car and explain everything on the truck. Hey even explained y i should of went to a better model to help me save money. Which was a super plus.. After i said ill take the truck Ray the sales msnager come by and spoke to me and made sure my visit there was going well and if even bought me a snack and soda cause i was going to be there for a little while. Which was very nice. Brian the finace guy mad it very easy and very patient explaining lease thing to me cause i had a lot of questions.. After it was all and done swapping things in my new truck the store manager Chris Wulf came out and helped with my things and made sure my experience was good for all the mangers to play an active roll in the process of the sales deal was great most mangers dont even know what my name is at most places i bought at.. We also got to meet some of the car maintenance people, and they were courteous and helpful, too. We got a good price, and thus far, are extremely happy with our purchase. Dante went above and beyond his job description to make the deal go through. He even personally delivered the car to my house because I was home with my sick daughter. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE !!! I am a repeat chevy leasor and I have become accustomed to being treated like a base - lease client and have always assumed that my sales staff wasn't making any money from my transaction so have accepted sub-par service. NOT HAROLD and NOT THE FOLKS at wigder. We walked in frustrated and knowing that the dealership would be closing it was a Friday night and we were late. This crew put me in a car with a payment that surpassed my expectations I didn't think I could afford what they gave me. This crew stayed will after closing and patiently processed my closing papers. They called the next day to ensure I was happy with the process. They even helped me out with a complimentary service call a week into the process. I cannot say enough about these guys. I will travel out of my way to do business with this group every time! Harold was just a great guy and steered me to the right choice. Not being from this state, it was very difficult to find a good dealership with everything I was looking for (great service, great prices, & great atmosphere). By the sixth dealership that I visited, I was about ready to give up on buying a car...then came Wigder Chevrolet. This dealership is a bit far from where I live BUT they are definitely worth the drive. The moment I came in the door, I knew that I had finally come to the right place. I was seen right away, given drinks, and asked about what I wanted. Everyone was friendly--from the receptionist to the managers. The best part about Wigder was the business ethics that their employees have--NO ONE pushed for extra gadgets to get added or extra services that you don't need. They were honest and did their best to get you the best discounts. I really do recommend everyone who is looking to buy a new or used car to definitely check this place out ESPECIALLY for customers who are thinking of buying their first vehicle. Also, try and get Edward "Ed" Goldstein as your sales associate, you'll definitely have a blast. More
