I first became aware of the dealership after an internet search for the vehicle that I was interested in. I asked for more information and Kathleen contacted me quickly. I made an appointment for a test dri search for the vehicle that I was interested in. I asked for more information and Kathleen contacted me quickly. I made an appointment for a test drive and when I arrived I was greeted warmly and got right to the test drive. T.J. the salesman was great as was everyone at the dealership. I was made to feel comfortable the entire time. I had a trade-in and in no time it was looked at and we struck a deal. The entire experience is what we always wish a car buying experience should be- no pressure, no stress, and I left very happy with my new vehicle. I wouyld highly recommend them to everyone. More

I am disabled & unable to travel most times. This Dealership brought the vehicle to my home in NY and finalized the purchase in my kitchen. I explained I would lose money on sale of my F-150, so they changed delivery date, so I wouldn't lose any more money with the person who bought my F-150. Plus, so I wouldn't lose one of the 1,000.00 rebates as well. from time contacting them on internet to taking the Avalanche from them was about 4to 5 business days. Considering what happen that we were doing the same with a NY dealer, but they were in a car accident on way to deliver me the 1st 2011 Avalanche we were buying. I can say they really came through. TJ was a great salesman and very knowledgable about the product and did a great job locating the car I wanted with the options I wanted. The sales negociations were very transparent with all the information provided so I knew exactly what I was paying for the car. TJ had the car clean with a full tank of gas when I went to pick it up. It has always been a pleasant experience buying my cars from Schumacher. The internet manager KATHLEEN RYAN took the time to explain my various options and did not pressure me in to buying anything- ALL WITH THE CLICK OF A MOUSE. Our showroom salesperson (T.J.) explained everything. They answer any questions. It is nice to see the same people time and time again, year to year-There employees seem as loyal as their customers. There is a good reason why this small dealership, in this economic climate is packed with people buying cars every day. They have the best deals. More

Allison was very fast in getting me a quote the first to respond out of 4 dealers. I origanlly went to our local dealer since I had bought2 chevy's there before. But Allison was VERY helpfull and knowlegdab respond out of 4 dealers. I origanlly went to our local dealer since I had bought2 chevy's there before. But Allison was VERY helpfull and knowlegdable answered many questions even sent me a link to compare the different models(between LT, 1LT, and 2LT) so we could pick the best one for us with the features we wanted. And then when Leo told me the price I could not believe my ears,he beat our local dealer byover $700 and then got a car I wanted from a another dealer even with $150 option thrown in NO charge. So I SAVED over $900 their dealer fees were even cheaper then the other dealer. I could not believe how friendly and helpfull eveyone I dealt with was, they made me feel like a long time loyal customer. And their price they gave me I thought was going to be changed when I walked in the price held up right to the penny and even better!!( the free option no charge!). It was ready when promised and spotlessly prepared I even found one minor scratch in a spot very hard to see 3 days later called and told they would take care of it, no questions asked!! I would HIGHLY refer anyone looking for a good deal and good customer service. I also agree with a previous reviewer that GM needs more dealers to operate like this( like a old fashion family run main street business) More
I have visited a few Chevrolet Dealerships to price a new 2011 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ and was having a bad experience with the sales personel being presure oriented. I went onto the General Motors site and found SCHUMACHER Chevrolet in Little Falls and decided to request a quote for the vehicle with added equipment that I wanted in the vehicle. Within a short time I received an email from Kathleen Ryan (Internet Director) giving me a quote for the vehicle. I called her on the phone and spoke to her and she was very polite and knowledgeable. She gave me a price for the vehicle that included all rebates available to me upon purchasing the vehicle. At that time I told her I thought that she had made a mistake on the price and she told me that she didn't and that would be the price. A day later I went to the dealership and spoke to Kathleen and she introduced me to Ann Ulrich ( Sales Consultant ) and that she would assist me in my purchase. I found both Kathleen and Ann to be very polite, courteous and knowledgeable in every respect. I felt no presure in the purchase transaction, they both were very helpful in finding the vehicle that I wanted. I would recomend my friends and relatives that are interested in purchasing a new vehicle to make there purchase at Schumacher Chevrolet because I got the best price for the vehicle I purchased, the friendly and personal attention that was given to me during the purchase process. They asked me what I wanted and what I wanted to pay then made it happen. From the time I entered dealer till the time I picked up my vehicle Ann made me feel like a member of the family. Hearing ”you want this vehicle equipped this way we’ll get it for you” as opposed to being pushed into one you don’t really want from their inventory was awesome.I was told about extra incentives/cash back I was eligible from by being an Iraq war veteran that other dealers said no longer existed when asked if there were any veteran discounts. Knowing I had a newborn Ann even Fed-ex’ed me my registration paper work from the DMV to save me a 45 minute drive. A dealer that takes care of its customers even after the sale is refreshing to see. I recommend Schumacher Chevrolet to anyone who wants to purchase a car without all the nonsense and slick sales people who you can tell just want to make a commission.If service is anything like thier sales Dept i will make the trip.
