Overall, I was pleased with the dealership from a customer's experience except for one major thing. There hourly rate they charge is $275//hour, and all their work is based on this rate so any repair customer's experience except for one major thing. There hourly rate they charge is $275//hour, and all their work is based on this rate so any repair you make is going to be very expensive when you are paying those types of rates. In addition, they bill based on how many hours they are allowed to bill for NOT how long the job takes. Finally, on top of all these charges, I think they take a $50 shop fee/waste fee of $50 for even the simplest of repairs that don't require much in supplies or waste. They still charge it. I find this hourly rate, their bills, and their add on charges ridiculously high. I will never pay those rates again unless I am absolutely forced to. I can't afford an auto mechanic for $250/hour. Can you?! More
