Dedicated Services with follow up. I took my car in for a simple oil change but did have an engine light on. They service was done within an hour but Jesse told me if the light comes b I took my car in for a simple oil change but did have an engine light on. They service was done within an hour but Jesse told me if the light comes back on to call him. I called him that night at about 5:30 and he still called me back. I took the car in the next day, took out a loaner and waited to hear from him. That afternoon they explained that they would need to keep the car overnight but complimented the loaner because of the repair. By late in the day the next day Jesse called and apologized that they needed to keep the car overnight again. None of this was a problem with the loaner car. In the end I got the car back the next day, I allowed them to do other required services. Jesse and Schumacher performed above expectations and my car is running perfectly. My almost 4 years old Buick has been a great car with minor repairs. The positive attitude from Jesse makes the chore of having service done not so bad. More

Since we didn't know the dealership we stopped in the lot, and right away a salesman came out and helped us to the service department. He was so friendly and helpful, but that was just the start. When we pulled up in the service lane, we were greeted by a very friendly employee who informed the service writer. The service writer was just terrific to work with. She was very friendly and made the trip to a unknown dealership very easy. They have a very nice waiting area which made the short amount of time fly by. I was very impressed with the dealership and all of their employees,. If I lived there, I would go back there for all my car needs. More
