No problem with service Took my Equinox in for the 4th time to have issues with the Infotainment system fixed. All the dealership can do is download new software. So far the engineers at GM have not written or modified the software to fix a bunch of problems. Talking to the GM Infotainment people is a lost cause. I will keep taking my vehicle back until somehow they finally fix all the software or hardware problems. I assumed the system would work properly when the vehicle was purchased. More
