I explained to him I was very particular about my vehicle and he assured me it would be taken care of with no issues. As a side note the last dealer I used (Green Acres Autonation) for an oil change backed my vehicle into a wall when returning it to me and then explained it wasn’t a big deal and would just buff out. Jay carefully completed my oil change and returned the car when promised. Very happy with this dealership and would recommend this service department. More

Exceptional Customer Service Jesse Solari is my go to person. I have been taking my vehicles to Schumacher Chevrolet for the past 10 years because of him. I was very fortunate to have Jesse as my advisor from day one!!! His demeanor and respect towards me and others is above and beyond. Jesse's knowledge is excellent as well as when he isn't sure of something he calls a service technician right away to obtain the answer. If you have to wait for your vehicle he checks on you and will tell you at what stage they are. In the 10 years he has never left me just sitting in the waiting area without checking on me or telling me the update of my vehicle.
