Excellent service department Had to have my car towed in due to a coolant leak. It was diagnosed to be a crack in a small plastic part related to the heater. The only part availab Had to have my car towed in due to a coolant leak. It was diagnosed to be a crack in a small plastic part related to the heater. The only part available was in Charlotte, so it was overnighted to Schumacher. Fixed the problem. Three weeks later, another coolant leak and tow. It was diagnosed as the part that was just replaced. They were able to get another one and installed it, at no expense to me, with no hassle whatsoever; they stood behind the GM part warranty. I Aam ALWAYS treated professionally by Bob Jenkins, the service advisor. I really appreciate that Schumacher provides "courtesy car" service when my vehicle needs to be left at the dealership for an extended period; otherwise I would be stranded! More

Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Bad Windshield Wiper at Delivery This was my 1st trip to the service department since I purchased the vehicle. I didn't get his name but he wore a White Shirt and Tall person who wal This was my 1st trip to the service department since I purchased the vehicle. I didn't get his name but he wore a White Shirt and Tall person who walks around the Service Bays went above the call of duty and replaced my Driver Side Wiper at NO CHARGE. In contrast the Service Advisor upon checking in my car for service wouldn't change a bad Driver's Side Wiper under Warranty due to the mileage on the vehicle. Not taking into consideration that it was the 1st time in for service since I took delivery. The White Shirted Tall person MADE IT HAPPEN to my expectations....Thank You! More

CAR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE My rotors had to be cut. Originally they were put on 8 months ago by you so they were covered under your 12 month warranty. Spoke to Bob Zjenkins to m My rotors had to be cut. Originally they were put on 8 months ago by you so they were covered under your 12 month warranty. Spoke to Bob Zjenkins to make an appointment and told I was due for a transmission flush. When I arrived the next day Bob told me I had another 9k before flush was needed. He saved me the $180+. He could have said nothing and taken my money. Needless to say Bob has always taken care of me these last 10 years. Thanks Bob More
