They installed a rear wiper on my 2010 Terrain during my prior visit (Blade is only available at dealer). During the install, they cracked the part that holds the blade. Now, during my oil change, I asked t prior visit (Blade is only available at dealer). During the install, they cracked the part that holds the blade. Now, during my oil change, I asked them to put a new blade on. Well they could not because it was cracked. I was made to buy an entire new wiper arm. My wife drives this vehicle and I am in the market for a new one. Makes me think hard about buying a GMC or ever using/ buying from this place. More
So my husband & I had seen an SUV on line on the Shumacher website & decided to go take a look @ it & we have a GrandTouring Mazda CX9 fully loaded in great conditions & 20' premium wheels which kel Shumacher website & decided to go take a look @ it & we have a GrandTouring Mazda CX9 fully loaded in great conditions & 20' premium wheels which kelley book trade in value is a little over $20,000. Well, once we arrived to the lot and told the sales man what we r looking for his 1st question was: are u looking to finance? And when we told him we were going to pay cash thats when we became 2nd class buyers. he sits down doesn even look up our car to see how much is worth, doesnt even look @ the car all he asks is if it has leather interior & then says: well, heres the thing mazdas dont hold their value very well & all i can give u for your car is $12,000! I was like WHAT??? Our car's trade in value is 20k on kelley blue book! and he answers: oh why, you looked it up? Yes I looked it up u idiot!!! I couldnt believe how they were totally try to scam us! Dont get me wrong I know we wont get exactly 20k but from 20 to 12 there is a HUGE difference! and the guy didnt even look @ our car or on kelley blue book or get any info on it to give us a fair trade in value, he even asked us if it was a 2006 model and I was like: "hello??? the cx9 came out in 2007 u 2x idiot!!!" And to top it all off my husband then asked him: do you even have the suv we saw online?? And he answered: I dont know but it doesnt matter it wont work out with you guys. my husband was like: just tell me if the car is here already!!! So if I can save anyone a trip dont even bother waisting your time going to this dealership. I agree with the previos reviews they are totally unwilling to help you, & they just lost one more sell. We then stopped by Roger Dean Chev. right down the street & WOW what a difference! The general manager was such a great guy cant rave enough about him. he told us right off the bat well get very good money for our car. Dealership does not care about helping you out. Arrived at the dealership an hour before closing. Walked around the lot for about 10 minutes and was approached by no one. Decided to walk in to see if they were even open which they were and sadly was approached by no one once more yet could see employees in their offices. Well after about 20 minutes the sales manager Tim came by, didn't even introduce himself nor ask for my name. I told him I was interested in their GMC truck line. He seemed very unwilling to help and said he would get someone else to show me one of the trucks I was interested in. Well another 15 minutes went by and no one showed up. I approached the sales manager in his office and let him know no one has showed up and asked if he could help. He said the place was short staffed and he was busy doing paperwork, yet he was talking to another employee about non-related work material. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere where the employees care to help you out. More
Used a coupon for free oil changes issued after Saturn Closed their stores nationwide. On both occasions, I found this dealership and its staff to be uninviting, unfriendly, extremely cold and rude, and Closed their stores nationwide. On both occasions, I found this dealership and its staff to be uninviting, unfriendly, extremely cold and rude, and very unprofessional. I was given a 7:30am appointment for this service and discovered upon arrival that the service techs work starting at 8am. A total waste of my time. Service adviser was extremely cold and rude, not even introducing himself. It was difficult for me to get an answer from him on the expected waiting time. Never saw the adviser again. Car was returned to me with a dirty armrest, driver side and unclean. Other vehicles in the service department were returned washed and clean. Despite having a few more free oil changes left on my coupon, I much rather pay for this service at a dealer where my satisfaction is important to all the staff. I will never return. Keep the free oil changes. More
