Great Service Dept. I recently brought my Enclave in for routine maintenance and a recall check. I was immediately greeted and told that Nestor was waiting inside per I recently brought my Enclave in for routine maintenance and a recall check. I was immediately greeted and told that Nestor was waiting inside per my scheduled appointment time. We went through all the issues I had, and was offered a courtesy car. Nestor called later with the progress as promised. He then called again to let us know that the car was ready for pick-up. I returned the rental car right in the service driveway and immediately my car was brought up, washed and ready to go while I was doing the paperwork with Nestor. Getting into my car the service manager said hello and I inquired about a small scratch. He looked and told me that when I bring the car back for the recall (part on order) to let him know in advance and that he would secure compound and try and fix the scratch at "no charge"! Buying the car was pleasant and easy...and having it serviced here is always great. And by the way, this is the SECOND Enclave purchased at Schumacher and I have always returned to this dealership for service because of their courteous and efficient service. And I always ask for Nestor Lantigua, my service rep since 2010. More
