Excellent service department Had to have my car towed in due to a coolant leak. It was diagnosed to be a crack in a small plastic part related to the heater. The only part available was in Charlotte, so it was overnighted to Schumacher. Fixed the problem. Three weeks later, another coolant leak and tow. It was diagnosed as the part that was just replaced. They were able to get another one and installed it, at no expense to me, with no hassle whatsoever; they stood behind the GM part warranty. I Aam ALWAYS treated professionally by Bob Jenkins, the service advisor. I really appreciate that Schumacher provides "courtesy car" service when my vehicle needs to be left at the dealership for an extended period; otherwise I would be stranded! More

The 2018 Encore while a very nice auto had some drwbacks such that my wife could not reach the hatchback door.to close it. Eric, the salesman, suggested we go to a mobility store on 10th Avenue where they installed a strap which allows her to reach it and close the door.''
