I am writing to you in a few words, my family and I are very unhappy with the purchase of my car, and that of my son, I have had to return my car to service four times. The specialized technicians have n very unhappy with the purchase of my car, and that of my son, I have had to return my car to service four times. The specialized technicians have not been able to fix the vibration of the steering wheel and it goes to the right when my son's car is driven. When we park it at home, the engine, transmission and brake problems are broken, and who knows, other problems that we cannot see. How can these unwanted incidents be described? When the person who buys the car is trusting that the car, being new, is inspected and checked before being put up for sale. I would like your attention regarding the above written and to give a solution to this problem for us, since the bank paid for the cars to the dealer and we have not been able to have the cars to be able to drive them and we have not been able to enjoy the cars either, and the cost of the car is quite a lot for this to be happening, more than $100,000.00 for one car and the other more than $50,000.00 very urgently. I need help with these two situations of the two new cars and both cars have mechanical problems. More

UPDATE 10/4/23: I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A WHILE NOW, I'VE ALWAYS TAKEN MY CAR TO GMC THINKING ITS THE RIGHT AND BEST THING TO DO. I RECENTLY TOOK MY CAR THERE AND LEFT IT FOR 8 DAYS, FOR SOMETHING TO B I'VE ALWAYS TAKEN MY CAR TO GMC THINKING ITS THE RIGHT AND BEST THING TO DO. I RECENTLY TOOK MY CAR THERE AND LEFT IT FOR 8 DAYS, FOR SOMETHING TO BE FIXED (WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY ADDRESSED THERE AS WELL) AFTER PICKING IT UP, I NOTICED MY CAR SOUNDED FUNNY AND IT WAS JUST WEIRD. IM A NURSE IN HEALTHCARE SO OBVIOUSLY I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS, I TRUST THE JUDGEMENT OF THE MECHANIC AND SERVICE ADVISORS. AFTER MY WARRANTY WAS CONTACTED AND I WAS TOLD WHAT MY PORTION WAS, FOR A MESSED UP WATER PUMP AND RADIATOR, I DECIDED TO BRING MY CAR TO ANOTHER SHOP, WHERE A FRIEND OFFERED TO DIAGNOSE IT FOR ME. TO MY SURPRISE, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY WATER PUMP OR RADIATOR. I WAS PROVIDED IMAGES OF THE SMALL CLAMP THAT "MAGICALLY" HAD FALLED OFF THE HOSE FROM THE WATER PUMP, AND AFTER ALL THE PRESSURE, SNAPPED OFF.. MAKING MY WATER PUMP TO MESS UP AND THE RADIATOR TO ALSO MALFUNCTION. THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE. HOW MANY OF US DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS AND GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ON A REGULAR BASIS. I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE HAVE TO MAKE A LIVING, BUT OUT OF OTHERS EXPENSE, IS JUST MORALLY WRONG. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN, I ALSO HAVE PLACED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH GMC COORPORATE AND SCHUMACHER GMC. I WILL MAKE SURE THIS IS SO PUBLIC, THAT THEY WILL CONSIDER TAKING ADVANTAGE NEXT TIME. OLD REVIEW: I’ve been to the okeechobee location before and I will never return. Going to GMC on Northlake and ending up with Al Zimmerman was the best thing that could’ve happened to me. He is my favorite and I will never ever go anywhere else. His customer service skills are excellent and always figures out how to resolve my self-caused issues. I cannot stress enough how great he is, I mean I was even asked if we were family because how highly I think of him! I know I am a pain in the xxx customer but not once, has he ever shown any frustration towards me or my craziness. He is one hard working individual for sure !!! GMC is lucky to have him! More

Upon further inspection by a third party, additional gross negligence was identified as multiple wheels had loose lug nuts. This company will not own up to their mistake and is causing major distress on top of an already traumatic experience. You may save your life by not using this dealership. More
John Curry refused to fix my car due to I put up a review up on the bad service I was receiving at the time and also them trying to charge me for parts that I have warranty on. He was done and was not going to fix a issue that began while in there hands, while I paid for that service. My car left the dealer today with more lights on the dash then I had when I took it there this am. Now, I am forced to take my car to get fixed at another shop and pay for what they have messed up when I bought a alternator just a year ago. More
SO DISCUSTED WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I have been buying cars from this dealership for the past 7 years from Tom Ford who is absoultely AMAZING! However, the service department is totally incompentent and the New Service Manager is a complete tool. I started having electrical problems with my car (brand new 2018 GMC Acadia Denali )in January. I took my car to be looked several times and they were not able to determine what was wrong. I started taking videos every time my car would start going crazy. Sometime it would not lock, sometimes it would not shut off, no sound on the radio, numerous error codes and the most recent, transmission & engine failure. I would send these videos into the service department and still could not detetrmine what was causing these issues. April 2022 they determined that my electronics were getting wet causing the issue and they replaced a black rubber boot inside the door frame. (not sure how this is possible but I rolled with it) . Within a week the same issues started happening again. They had my car for 14 days and said they just dont see anything wrong. (I forgot to mention that when I picked up my car they had hit something with it. It had black scuff marks all over the front bumper).As I picked up my car we dropped my daughters brand new car off to have the oil changed. When we picked that up the next day it has a quarter size ding in the passengers side door. Thankfully my servicewriter (who also is amazing) Wilson fixed both cars. I continued to video the electrical problems I was having as there was nothing they could do for me. Last week I received a error message of Transmission failure and engine failure. I took it back to Schumacher and they determined the electronics were getting wet and wanted me to pay $1500 to fix the leak that they thought they fixed 6 months ago. Do they not warranty their work? My service writer went to the Service Manager and told him that it should be under warranty and he said absoulutely not. I reached out to my Sales guy Tom Ford and the Finance Manager Johan Velez(as he has done my loans on the last 6 cars I bought it.)They along with the Sales manager went to the Service Manager to see about getting this issue resolved and he told them to kick rocks. The sales department (who always go way above and beyond) decided to pay the $1500 for me as I have been a loyal customer for many years. I went to pick up my car today after it being there for the past 6 days to find out that they "let the electronics dry out" instead of replacing them. They should have replaced them the first time and there would not have been a 2nd time. I got in my car and pulled out only to hear this rush of water sound rolling around the roof of my car. I continued to work because I was already late and on my way I saw my ceiling was wet and they didnt even put the car back together. So now tomorrow morning I have to take the car back to have them dry out the electronics for a third time. This will be the 5th time I have had my car there for the same issue. Let me tell you a story about Schumacher, I have purchased several vehicles from them over the years. Their service depart 100% lied and tried to cheat me! I took my 75k truck in for a noise in the front end. They told me, “drop it off, we will get you a rental” I did that. Three days later I called them for an update, they said “There has to be something INTERNAL with the differential, we will have to take it apart”. Three more days later I called them and they said GM was not covering this warranty for neglect. I asked how is this neglect? They explained it was due to the differential mounts being broken. This is something they would have been able to see in a standard visual inspection! They LIED, I spoke with GM and the extended warranty company they recommended I purchase and I did. Both GM and Ally said “We may be able to get this overturned but we need information from Schumacher”, they simply never replied and allowed it to go on for days. Finally they called me and said “Since this is not under warranty we aren't paying for the rental after today”. I of course returned the rental and drove my truck out of there and took it to another dealer. Here we are 90 days later, they have not paid for the rental, they ordered, they told me when and where to pick up and when to return, they lied to GM, they failed to respond, and now they are saying it’s on me to resolve. This dealership has lost its way, their service department has fallen to the level of a common criminal. What they have done, and continue to do to me is nothing short of criminal. More

I received a service notice stating that I needed an oil change. I called the dealership, that located my service information and set up an appointment a week and a half later. I showed up last Friday for the appointment. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to help me, I was told that I did not have an appointment! After showing the individual the 3 reminders I had received from them, he went back and looked further and then told me my service appointment was for a VW! I have never owned a VW. I told them that I was there and what could they do and was told I could wait 3 hours or so and they would try to fit me in. I left. I have left messages with the service manager and dealership general manager which have not been returned. Their mistake became my problem! More
