Si solo fuera la espera de un día completo desde las 10 am hasta que entregaron el carro después de las 5 pm y el carro hubiera quedado arreglado estuviera feliz pero el carro sigue temblándole el timón un carro nuevo cero milla que compramos no Deve de pasar esto y la repuesta de ANTHONY CARROLL el manager de service dice que no puedo pasar la velocidad después de 60 millas y no solo esta situación nuestro hijo también compro hace una semana igual un carro nuevo y estaba liquidando aceite entre la transmisión y el motor y los frenos trancados no entendemos en manos de técnicos calificados y esto este sucediendo y le dijeron de 10 a 20 días para arreglar el carro el indescriptible esta dos situaciones que nos están pasando con dos carros nuevos cero milla , no es la primera ves que tenemos carros siempre hemos comprado carros nuevos en diferentes Diler pero estamos muy decepcionados porque es la primera ves que decidimos comprar carros de la marca GMC y suceda estas situaciones y no solo con un carro sino con los dos carros esperemos que puedan dar solución a este problema porque muy carro estamos pagando el carro más de 100 mil por uno y por el otro más de 60 mil

I have not had any conversations with John at this point and time. Per my call log that I am keeping, the last conversation I had is with Michael Kennedy on 5/15/23 at 2:40pm that lasted 2 minutes. This is the conversation where Michael Kennedy refused to take ownership of the situation by suggesting I file a claim with my insurance company and if Schumacher was at fault then my insurance company would come after the dealership.
