Everyone you encounter was cheerful and helpful. Bob Arturi made the buying experience simple. Most people cringe at the thought of buying a car. I'm not referring to the vehicle cost, but the thought of dealing with...... Wait for it...... The dreaded car salesman. There was no feeling like this at all in Schultz Ford. It was many employees going about their business in a manner that we felt entirely comfortable with. On car pick up day, employees we didn't even interact with previously spoke with us and told us to enjoy our new car. Coming in the door we were greeted by Craig Schultz and my wife joked that if it were Christmas she would love to see a bow on the car. Craig had an employee sneak away, get a huge bow, and when we went out to view the car, you guessed it, suddenly it was Christmas! Tyler was knowledgeable and friendly as he taught us everything we needed to know while sitting in the new car. Fair pricing, honest and friendly staff and owner.
