When the day came to pick up our car, Tyler assisted us with the "walk through" and operation of our new truck. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Also, Brian, Chris, and Marty helped us through the installation of parts on our new truck as well as further warranty purchasing. All were very helpful and made us feel as though we were not just a sale to them, but that we were actually part of their "car family" and they were willing to help no matter what. Not only did they make it as stress free and easy as possible, they also had it ready sooner then expected. One Ford service center told me it was going to be 2-3 weeks for my car to be repaired. Right away I thought to call Craig and see what he could do. He took my car right away and had it repaired in 3 days.
