Immediately after that, I was escorted to the most courteous manager invited me to sit in his office where after answering a few questions, credit was approved and keys were handed to me. 12 minutes later. It did not end there, I was invited, by the sweet young Osman,who explained and patiently answered every question and in detail explain the new technology related to my new Ford Fusion.
