Meets expectations I can be a tough customer sometimes. I was dealing with several dealerships at the same time. I wanted the sales person to give me the best lease price with out having to come into the dealership. My time is valuable and I absolutely can not spend grueling hours there when I can correspond via email. Schultz Ford was the only dealership which met all my expectations. Specifically their saleswoman Gina Tiso. She corresponded with me the way I specified unless we needed to speak about a few things. She was prompt in returning my calls, very knowledgeable, and worked with me on any issues I had. More

Third times a charm! We just drove home from the dealership with our new Lincoln MKZ. Sri Vallipuram was our salesman and he was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Ford EcoSport - First Car I went to every dealership in my town (Nanuet, Clarkstown) searching for a new/used vehicle as my first car after returning from overseas. Every dealer felt off in some way with either unprofessional/useless salespeople, missing sticker prices on vehicles, or just lack of professionalism in general. As soon as I went to Schultz Ford I knew I would purchase a vehicle there because of the extra level of care and service they provide their customers. They were extreme professional and helpful at all times and did not pressure meat any point during the process. The process was painless and they really did go out of their way to make things easier for me. They even put the plates car and had a representative show me every button in it. I have not seen another dealer do that. Calvert Hargrove was the sales representative that helped me and he could not have been better. Even with a really busy day he was able to make time for me or at least have my questions answered by another representative. He was always available to contact and was extremely professional. More
