Clive (Vehicle Technician) who delivered the new vehicle a considerable distance from the dealership, was just as pleasant, professional and helpful. Clive took the end of lease vehicle back to the dealer. Kevin (Sales Manager) was also instrumental in making this a truly seamless transaction. These good folks bent over backwards in going above and beyond insofar as logistics and offering an excellent deal. It is much appreciated and the reason why our family procures and services our Ford vehicles at Schultz Ford. It should also be noted that the Service Department has also been outstanding in the past on multiple occasions in terms of being helpful and resourceful. Definitely NOT like other dealers! Recently leased a vehicle from Schultz Ford. In total, an excellent experience. I dislike when it’s time for a new car—getting taken advantage of, pushy salespeople, being sold things you don’t want or need excellent experience. I called and spoke to an online sales associate. Explained what kind of car I was looking for with what options. I was contacted back a short time after with multiple options along with pricing for each. There was no sense of pushiness or sense that I was being sold something I didn’t want. I dealt with Gina T. and she was a pleasure throughout the whole process. This is my first Ford and Schultz sold me on going back to Ford. More
