I just recently was looking to purchase a vehicle and I happened to look at the Ford edge online and wanted to see more. Schultz Ford was great. The experience couldn't of been any easier for me I was able happened to look at the Ford edge online and wanted to see more. Schultz Ford was great. The experience couldn't of been any easier for me I was able to get into a vehicle test drive it by myself due to Covid and have all of my questions answered by my sales person Gina who was amazing! She made what would normally be a dreaded experience that would take multiple hours back-and-forth trying to haggle over the price very simple. She answered every question I had regarding the features of the vehicle with expert knowledge and she provided me with an offer that was very fair but also took into account my time as well. The dealership was very clean and all the staff were very professional and friendly. Needless to say after about 1.5 hours of being in the dealership and 15 mins of paperwork I'm taking home my new Ford Edge. Gina thanks so much for everything! See you in 3 years for my next Ford! First off, I would like to start off this review by saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. I grew up in New York not far from Schultz Ford and now live in Massachusetts and c saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. In over 20 Years I have never felt like I was taken advantage of and have always been treated with exceptional Service whether buying, leasing or having service done when I have been in town. Now for why I am writing this review. I stayed at a hotel In Newark NJ where I left my car while I traveled overseas for 10 days. I received a phone call on the 9th of December (from the hotel In Newark while I was still overseas) letting me know that my Tires and Rims had been stolen off of my vehicle and it was sitting up on blocks. Needless to say, this was shocking news! I decided to call Schultz Ford and told them about my situation and without hesitation they replied don’t even worry about it we will take care of it for you. The next day Schultz Ford sent down a flatbed tow truck with tires, lug nuts and a rental car which they left in the car port of the hotel so when I returned, I would be ready to roll out of there. So, Thank You!! Schultz Ford and the entire team for great customer service!! I will continue to be a loyal custom! More
