First off, I would like to start off this review by saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. I grew up in New York not far from Schultz Ford and now live in Massachusetts and c saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. In over 20 Years I have never felt like I was taken advantage of and have always been treated with exceptional Service whether buying, leasing or having service done when I have been in town. Now for why I am writing this review. I stayed at a hotel In Newark NJ where I left my car while I traveled overseas for 10 days. I received a phone call on the 9th of December (from the hotel In Newark while I was still overseas) letting me know that my Tires and Rims had been stolen off of my vehicle and it was sitting up on blocks. Needless to say, this was shocking news! I decided to call Schultz Ford and told them about my situation and without hesitation they replied don’t even worry about it we will take care of it for you. The next day Schultz Ford sent down a flatbed tow truck with tires, lug nuts and a rental car which they left in the car port of the hotel so when I returned, I would be ready to roll out of there. So, Thank You!! Schultz Ford and the entire team for great customer service!! I will continue to be a loyal custom! More

Exceptional and outstanding service! I have either purchased or leased 6 Ford vehicles, but this one is the first from Schultz. We also own a luxury vehicle and Maria and Nick put those sales folks to shame. Their transparent nature, straight forward engagement and knowledge made one of the most dreaded experiences (buying a vehicle) pleasant and stress-free. Ford really has upped their game and level of credibility with these two amazing people. Schultz is doing something right by stepping into this century and providing customers with an alternative to sitting in a dealership, playing games with dinosaur sales people, who clearly don't want to work and who think they are doing you the favor, talk to you like you are a child and think the 80's sales pressure will close a deal. With Covid and having to work from home, I don't have the ability to sit in a dealership, while the old guard goes back and forth "ask my manger" game, so this new way of buying a car was not only refreshing, but done with RESPECT. There aren't enough kind words to express the level of satisfaction we have received. Well done to whoever hired these two! More
