Schultz Ford was recommended to me by a friend that buys his work trucks there. I had a situation where I work from a different state. Gina Tiso was my sales rep. Although I am sure this was a different typ his work trucks there. I had a situation where I work from a different state. Gina Tiso was my sales rep. Although I am sure this was a different type of sale with me working remote from my phone. Everything was handled great. We made a deal on my new Ford Ranger. It was very easy and uncomplicated. My wife visited the dealership Gina had all my paper in order with a great price. My wife signed the paperwork and I had a new vehicle. Sale department was great! When I came to pickup my vehicle a worker took his time to go over my new vehicle with me. Including how to setup my great remote start option. It was truly an easy purchase. NO RESPECT AT ALL !So i had a salesman text me all week long trying to sell me a truck. After him guaranteeing me he could get me into the truck that i had picked out, we scheduled a time for me to see and long trying to sell me a truck. I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to the dealership only to have the salesman tell me that they had sold the truck i wanted at 5 o'clock the night before and they neglected to even have the common courtesy to call or text me. I made the trip for nothing and they acted like my time was worthless !!!! I will never even look at their site again to purchase a vehicle. More
