I have leased a few Fords from this location and I would have to say the customer service is top notch throughout all their departments. Nick Andrasko is a natural at what he does - he was not pushy, was pa have to say the customer service is top notch throughout all their departments. I have been a Ford customer for 9 years. I just leased my fourth ford edge. Up until now I never had a problem. This was the worse experience I ever had with the saleperson who knew nothing about the my fourth ford edge. Up until now I never had a problem. This was the worse experience I ever had with the saleperson who knew nothing about the car he was leasing me. 1, I turned in a car that had everthing, 2, I advised the saleperson that I wanted a car with the same features which he said this car has the same features. I took his word for it. When I received the car and took it home this car had not one feature that I had in the car that I was returning. I called the saleperson the next morning he told me I was looking in the wrong place for the features he told me to come into the dealer and he would show me where to find them. When he checked the features they were not in the car. Then he said he could take the car back but I would have to pay $300 more a month for a higher paying car. They wouldn't take the car back and give me what I wanted. I am sorry to say this would be my last lease with Schultz Ford. I was very disappointed that i didn't get any satisfaction from the dealership after being a loyal customer for 9 years. More

STOP! Don't even think of using another Ford dealership as I have, all my life. All in Westchester where I live. Schultz is the best. I just got a Bronco from them, Isaac Pinkney was the salesman. First, t as I have, all my life. All in Westchester where I live. Schultz is the best. I just got a Bronco from them, Isaac Pinkney was the salesman. First, they get the largest allocation as they are #1 in the area. So you will get anything ordered much faster. Ford Customer Service in Detroit was terrific and moved my reservation from another dealer to Schultz without losing a second and I got the vehicle many months sooner. These guys are honest, transparent, no nonsense, swift. You will find your car with a sign on it, your name, when you arrive. I am otherwise a Tesla and Mercedes owner. They never did that! I also considered switching post delivery from a lease to a buyout and finance since the Bronco has it all. Isaac and his manager showed me that was not a good idea, while no promo now on the lease, the buyout after 36 months is low, so best of both. What other dealer would tell you that? Go! Now! More
