Purchased a car brand new and part of the deal was lifetime oil changes, batteries and tires. The dealership staff makes obtaining the promised services so difficult its nearly impossible in an attemp lifetime oil changes, batteries and tires. I have ultimately had to pay for new tires myself several times because they refuse to replace them until they are life-threateningly destroyed and unsafe to drive on. I had to argue extensively to get one single battery replacement in 9 years. They do bare minimum service when you ask them to uphold their promise of oil changes. In 9 years I was successful with getting only 2 sets of tires. I guess they don’t care if they get return customers or not. Moral of the story, don’t expect them to care at all if you are safe or satisfied with their service, save your money and sanity and shop elsewhere. More

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I took in vehicle with electrical issues. Advised that another repair shop was unable to find the issue. They assured me they were capable of fixi I took in vehicle with electrical issues. Advised that another repair shop was unable to find the issue. They assured me they were capable of fixing electrical issues. After having the vehicle for a week, they advised me to come pick up the vehicle. After the manager talked to the mechanic, he said it was because they had no way to give me an estimate on the cost and that the likelihood of satisfaction because of this was low. The mechanic says it is fixable but there is no way to estimate the cost. (Oddly enough, the manager said that he had the impression from talking to me that cost was not an issue. I thought this was very odd remark. And he is wrong by the way since both my husband and I live on social security.) Overall, their communication with me was not good. I had to call a couple times to get an update but the information was still sparse. I was advised the battery was dead so I went and got another battery since it was only 7 months old. When I got the bill, I was charged $108.00 for testing the battery. I consulted with one repair ship who said they would charge in the area of $30.00. Another one said they would not charge anything. Another local Chevrolet dealer (a competitor) and they said they would charge $50.00 if they had to put it on the battery tester that would test for other things. The manager said he is doing the battery test the way the company is DEMANDING they doing the testing. I feel ripped off. More
