A Five Star Dealership In 2004 I purchased a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado from Go Auto Nation in Denver, Colorado. Biggest mistake of my life. Not only did they lie and In 2004 I purchased a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado from Go Auto Nation in Denver, Colorado. Biggest mistake of my life. Not only did they lie and say they performed maintenance and inspections they tried to charge me to fix problems their inspections should have found. While I loved the car I hated the experience and was hesitant to buy another car from any dealer. My poor Jeep was totaled some years ago forcing me to begin the dreaded hunt for another vehicle. I found a wonderful 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee fully loaded for about 10 grand at Schrier and emailed them to ask for information. Not only was Glenda Friesen prompt kind and informative she was also patient and understanding. She understood my hesitancy and met it with firm reassurances that that would not happen at Schrier. When I had to wait for financing to come through she kept in contact with me and made me feel special and important. When my husband's bank wouldn't issue a cashiers check the day I was scheduled to pick up the car she went to her manager and not only asked if I could pay by personal check but also gained authorization to hold the check until the bank would be sure to honor it. That is above and beyond any service I have ever received from any car dealership past or present.. I am now a Schrier girl. I will not go anywhere else for my automotive needs. I would highly recommend Glenda and the rest of the Schrier family to anyone seeking to purchase any vehicle. More
