I was just starting to look into replacing my Prius. Went to Schrier and Francisco Rohner came to help me. Francisco showed me the 2 cars I was interested in. I let him know I wasn't ready to make any decisi to Schrier and Francisco Rohner came to help me. Francisco showed me the 2 cars I was interested in. I let him know I wasn't ready to make any decisions, I was just beginning to look. Francisco said that was fine. No pressure at all. Not one bit! When I left, Francisco said when I was ready to continue looking I should give him a call. Again, no pressure at all. I went home, looked at similar vehicles around town. The prices were comparable. After 3 hours or so, I called Francisco and said I wanted to buy that car. I knew from the short time I spent with Francisco that he was the person I wanted to do business with. The price was good, Francisco and his manager Chuck, were friendly and even took the time to just shoot the breeze with me. They shared some of their personal life stories. The connected with me as a person. That makes a huge difference to me. Professionally, they are honest, open, and have a great deal if integrity. Easiest car buying experience EVER! Zero pressure from salesman to finance agent. I spent over 5 hours on my last purchase at the Toyota dealership, this purchase took less than an hour, as promised.
