I recently had my vehicle picked up from the schomp dealership by my mechanic. He sends photos of the car / dammage right away upon picking it up. Someone at the dealership hit my car. Mind you i just dealership by my mechanic. He sends photos of the car / dammage right away upon picking it up. Someone at the dealership hit my car. Mind you i just had 8,000 dollars worth of body work done. So when the car was dropped off at the dealership. It was in presteen condition. P.s (the body shop has pictures of before and after) so i consult who i thought would be the person to help me. Think again! they proceed to tell me the damage done to my car is not there problem. I JUST HAD 8000 DOLLARS OF BODY DAMMAGE DONE!!!! and destroying all that hard work aint your problem. When you guys caused the dammage! This is far from over. More

I recently purchased a lemon from another dealership, and I ended up going to Schomp Subaru to help me navigate the process of getting it fixed, or ult recently purchased a lemon from another dealership, and I ended up going to Schomp Subaru to help me navigate the process of getting it fixed, or ultimately, replaced. The communication I received updating me on the progress of my lemon car was excellent. Angela oversaw the entire process and did a truly incredible job. Her guidance and advocacy for me as a customer was top notch. She recognized early on that the car had some significant issues, and she helped put me in contact with Subaru of America to work to resolve the issues in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this dealership to all. More

Abysmal Took Outback in and received a video from service tech indicating that car was in "great shape" but for oil pan and radiator coupling. Fixed those an Took Outback in and received a video from service tech indicating that car was in "great shape" but for oil pan and radiator coupling. Fixed those and it cost me $1700. Not even two weeks later, "check engine" light came on. Took it in and was told catalytic converter was failing and that fix would be $2700. Car is old enough that I wouldn't have undertaken first fix if I knew second was right behind. Four days without car. Called 11 times over that span. Was told car would be returned on second day but that didn't happen. Left numerous requests to receive call back - but no contact until day four, at which time was told "you must feel frustrated". That's not the f-word that came to mind. More
