After a few bad experiences, I worked with Mike in the express service department and he was amazing! I live an hours drive from the dealership so it’s important that I can have all the issues addressed i express service department and he was amazing! Mike listened and made every possible accommodation to take care of my car and work with my insane schedule. He made sure I had everything I needed and managed to fit everything I needed into one visit even though he had to work my car into several different departments within the dealership. He worked with Carolyn and she was kind and communicated clearly. After this experience I would send everyone to Schomp. More

Overbearing and doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Dude could use a shower as well. Other staff was much more knowledgeable and able to help me. Not at all pleased with service issue response on phone. Will have to visit to speak to a service manager in person, which is difficult to do for a person who can't easily take time off from a job. Phone connection was bad so did not hear name of representative. Seemed obvious this was being read from a script - seems I should have been transferred to a manager. I initially had some issues scheduling service and tracking down a tire. Both times, the service manager, Jake Daly, reached out and made things right. I trust them taking good care of my dream car! Matt helped me with my multiple return service visits after the 60k was done on my Forester and he was very accommodating and professional. He listens to his clients' concerns and makes sure to get the i after the 60k was done on my Forester and he was very accommodating and professional. He listens to his clients' concerns and makes sure to get the issues looked at by the technician right away regardless if it has been weeks since the last major service. He cares about his customers and their safety. He offered to arrange a Lyft ride for me instead of waiting like I usually do. He kept me well informed via text and call while the vehicle was in the shop which I truly appreciated. He is a valuable team member that gives us customers a reason to keep coming back to Schomp Subaru. Thank you Matt for your assistance and wonderful client experience. More
