We completely fall in love with the Mazda cx5 but unfortunately at that time we wasn't able to make the car purchase due to other bills we had. We were help by Danika Busha. She was amazing and totally Understandable. She gave us her business card and told us to come back to her whenever we were ready. And did.. on July 2017 we came back and talked to her. This time we were completely ready to buy our first family car since we are planning to start our little family. Completely love the support. More
Good until the sale, very bad after. We agreed to purchase two new cars from Shortline. The prices were good. We were fairly happy with the process until the sales were made. All of the information they requested "to make the sale go smoothly and quickly" was provided to them the week before. But on the scheduled day, it took over 6 hours. After a lot of pressure, we agreed to purchase the additional insurance coverage on one of the vehicles. Later that same day we informed Shortline that we decided to cancel the coverage. We were told no problem and the cost of the coverage ($3,600) would be credited to the loan. It has been 6 weeks and they still have not done it. And now they need us to resubmit paperwork we submitted to them 6 week ago. They won't even tell me how that happened. They also happily agreed to take our VW diesel car to a dealership a few minutes away for the scheduled buyback about 10 days later (we are from out of town and this saved us a lot of driving). They didn't do it. Evidently forgot or it was inconvenient. No one even called to let me know. The same people that before the sale would quickly respond to calls, messages, texts and emails, immediately began ignoring all of them! The disregard of customer service, and even common courtesy, is almost unbelievable. Any savings in price was not worth this. Shortline Mazda does not deserve your business. More

Shortline Mazda turned my entire week around! I came across Shortline Mazda while looking through online deals through my work intranet site in a panic. I am currently in the process of selling my I came across Shortline Mazda while looking through online deals through my work intranet site in a panic. I am currently in the process of selling my home and had planned on paying of my current vehicle, a Kia Optima, once we closed in 18 days. Unfortunately, 4 days ago the car engine started making a knocking noise and after evaluation was deemed unsafe to drive. Not only was I not ready to buy a a new car, but I was going to be grossly in the negative if I could even use the Kia as a trade in. I spoke with other dealerships and none wanted to deal with the Kia. After receiving an e-mail from Danika at Shortline, I decided to call her and see what I could find out. Not only did she not pressure me on the phone, she listened to my situation and said there were options and I made an appointment for the next day. When I went in to see her everything was transparent and laid out in a way that I could understand and all options were reviewed. I had to leave to pick up my son and come back, where I found out additional options needed consideration, but we were able to figure something out and I was able to purchase a vehicle. Long story short, I was able to have my Kia towed to Shortline where they are willing to store it until I can pay it off within 30 days and then buy it from me, Danika took care of my rental car so I didn't need to make additional stops and figure out a ride, and I left leasing a beautiful 2016 Mazda CX-5. Danika and her team were amazing and I could give Danika nothing short of a hug when I left and almost cried because of the horrible, stressful week that I had been through. I felt like I was more than just another car deal and that it mattered to the sales team that I was taken care of. I will be forever grateful! More
