Best car shopping experience ever! Visited Shortline Mazda to do some research for my daughters roommate from England. Explained I was just starting, looking for someone else. Danika greeted warmly and want out of her way to explain several different cars features and set 2 up for test drives. No pressure. Came back with my daughters roommate several days later, Danika had 3 cars set to test drive ( different option pacakages). Our situation was a bit unusual with the roommate being from England. Danika did some quick research - got the finance manager involved and got valuable info from them. All while knowing that we were just looking now - and with absolutely no pressure. Before we left, asked for a lease quote, were very pleasantly surprised with the numbers. Still looking at a couple of other cars but Shortline, Danika and the CX-3 our at the top of the list BEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN 40years!!! More

Wyoming I dealt over phone and internet. I was from out of state. Everything as agreed to. The car did not have xm option as myself and Danika thought as a I dealt over phone and internet. Not the best but will be ok. The price was $205.00. I will come back or contact this dealership with future purchases. Long Distance Buyer from Pennsylvania I found a car that I liked at Shortline while searching online from Pennsylvania. I inquired about the car through Shortline's website, and Danika Bus I found a car that I liked at Shortline while searching online from Pennsylvania. I inquired about the car through Shortline's website, and Danika Busha contacted me to answer all of my questions. There were no pictures of the car on their website, so she went outside, took about 6 or 7 pictures, and texted them to me. The pictures confirmed what I thought the car looked like from its description, so we entered the negotiation phase, which we completed in a few emails and finally over the phone. The entire process only took a couple of hours, and unlike some other car buying experiences I have had, this one was very pleasant and positive. Danika was a pleasure to deal with the entire time. She even texted me a few more pictures of my car being loaded onto the tractor trailer for transport east to Pennsylvania. I would definitely recommend Danika to anyone who is looking for a car at this dealership. More

Good until the sale, very bad after. We agreed to purchase two new cars from Shortline. The prices were good. We were fairly happy with the process until the sales were made. All of the information they requested "to make the sale go smoothly and quickly" was provided to them the week before. But on the scheduled day, it took over 6 hours. After a lot of pressure, we agreed to purchase the additional insurance coverage on one of the vehicles. Later that same day we informed Shortline that we decided to cancel the coverage. We were told no problem and the cost of the coverage ($3,600) would be credited to the loan. It has been 6 weeks and they still have not done it. And now they need us to resubmit paperwork we submitted to them 6 week ago. They won't even tell me how that happened. They also happily agreed to take our VW diesel car to a dealership a few minutes away for the scheduled buyback about 10 days later (we are from out of town and this saved us a lot of driving). They didn't do it. Evidently forgot or it was inconvenient. No one even called to let me know. The same people that before the sale would quickly respond to calls, messages, texts and emails, immediately began ignoring all of them! The disregard of customer service, and even common courtesy, is almost unbelievable. Any savings in price was not worth this. Shortline Mazda does not deserve your business. More
