I had been looking for a Miata RF for several months to surprise my Wife with when I came across one at Schomp Mazda. It was a Sunday night when I sent the inquiry on the car and I was pleasantly shocked w surprise my Wife with when I came across one at Schomp Mazda. It was a Sunday night when I sent the inquiry on the car and I was pleasantly shocked when Bego Karalic responded THAT NIGHT almost immediately! Bego informed me that the dealership was closed on Sundays and Mondays but said he would contact me Tuesday with the details and photos of the car which he promptly did that Tuesday morning. He was very professional, courteous and thorough throughout the entire purchase. Bego handled the necessary paperwork for the purchase and was instrumental in making the arrangements to ship the car to me 1500+ miles away. Bego is truly a standout employee and an asset to Schomp Mazda, I have dealt with many, many sales people over the years and he is truly a professional! Andrea Parra was excellent, the dealership overall gets lower stars. Andrea helped multiple clients simultaneously. She always had a smile on her face even while assisting an unhappy customer who came in lower stars. Andrea helped multiple clients simultaneously. She always had a smile on her face even while assisting an unhappy customer who came in with a complaint - This was inbetween two deals she was working! Her calm energy helped make my LONG day bearable and I ultimately went home with the car I wanted. The one hour promise was more like 5+ hours! I had a similar experience 6 years ago at another Schomp dealership. Overall, Andrea Parra was great while the dealership was just OK. More
