Hi there, we apologize that you had an unpleasant experience. We apologize that your client advisor didn't fully explain why we are pre-installing every new car with a window tint and clear bra. We can assure you that we do not charge a pure market adjustment like some of our competitors. The reason we are pre-installing the window tint and the clear bra is to help give more value to the market adjustment rather than just charging above MSRP.
