My radiator was replaced due to two holes that had leaked fluid for about a month. The radiator was replaced but the mess that I made on the skid plate underneath was never cleaned off. I would seem to me that the cleaning of the plate would be part of the replacement process. I will have it cleaned myself so that I know in the future if there are any more leaks. Overall a very good experience. However upon delivery of my car, I found out I needed a specific accessory package to have my key fob work that way. I was very disappointed that I didn't have that option. I would have chosen a different car if I had known that. As mentioned in previous message, the service interval appears to not have been re-set, even though you said it was reset. Also, when I got home I checked the oil level to be sure there were no leaks wit appears to not have been re-set, even though you said it was reset. Also, when I got home I checked the oil level to be sure there were no leaks with the oil change. The oil appears very dark, and I wonder if they either forgot to do the oil change or perhaps didn't drain all the old oil before adding new.
