We had a great experience at Ralph Schomp Mini Dealership last Thursday, July 22nd. We had taken our 2004 Mini in for service and ended up buying/driving home a brand new Clubman!!! Don Bailey is an exceptional individual and was very helpful in making our purchase experience another good one. (Our 2004 Mini also came from Ralph Schomp) Don went above and beyond when it came to showing me all the fabulous features of my car. He assisted me with programming the XM Radio...and assisted me in getting my cell phone bluetooth connection activated. All these items saved me countless hours should I have had to do this on my own as a 'novice'. It didn't hurt, I suppose, that Don himself drives a Clubman!!! Denise Van Donkelaar More

My experience was very good, with Don Bailey going above and beyond to get the Mini I wanted. I was slightly disappointed that certain options were not available on the mini's in the lot, but Don explained and beyond to get the Mini I wanted. The entire process was smooth, and there was the expected amount of sales pressure from the finance person regarding extended warranties and maintenance. I was a little disappointed, but again understood, that we could not swap out the wheels to ones I preferred. The Mini has been great, and the minor scratches I found are being taken care of.
