I even came on multiple occasions to see multiple cars until I found the one I wanted. Never did he ask, "are you going to make a decision soon?" or convey that he was wanting to make an immediate sale. He is the exemplary opposite of a 'pushy car salesman'. When it came to finally buying, Nic took every step to make the process streamlined, easy, and enjoyable. He clearly explained to me the necessary materials to bring on the purchase date, and how the process worked. When I arrived, he already had the car cleaned, detailed, and sitting in the showroom garage, waiting to be driven off. All this for a USED car. I never thought I would receive such VIP treatment for a second-hand vehicle. I strongly recommend Nic for any promoted or expanded sales role at Schomp, including a management or training position. He knows how to do the deal right, and with knowledge and respect. He is clearly a seasoned veteran at this trade, despite his age. The entire experience start to finish was the best ever. I was told the salesmen did not work on commission; which explained why everybody seemed to really want to help. No high pressure. It was a relaxed atmosphere. Even the finance guy was great. Lots of paperwork, lots of extras offered but no pressure at all. Bought a used mini that looked great and ran great. After the first whole day of driving I noticed some damage to the under side of the vehicle. It just must of been missed by the salesman and myself. Brought it in and even though I had no extra warranty or guarantee , they have scheduled me in to have all fixed at no charge. You cannot ask for better service than that. Nic, my salesman was fantastic. When Nic wasn't there, Andy took care of me just as good. The sales manager, and the service manager went above and beyond to make things right for me. I was looking for a very special Mini, the JCW GP. Most local dealerships had very limited supply, but Schomp had exactly what I was looking for and at the best price! Over the course of two months I worke local dealerships had very limited supply, but Schomp had exactly what I was looking for and at the best price! Over the course of two months I worked with my sales rep, Paul Villard to find the exact one that met my cost. Paul was incredibly patient and informative over the course of time. The day I bought the car I was met with courtesy and respect by all the dealer representatives. I also hadn't been at this dealership in a long time (I currently was driving and still do a 2003 Cooper S) and was blown away with the great inventory they had. I was able to drive the car home that night, what fun! I had to bring it back a couple weeks later for the window tint and clear mask. A representative promptly met me and provided me with a loaner. I later got the car back earlier than estimated with all work done and the car looking amazing! If you want the best deals, best selection and a great support staff, you'll want to consider Ralph Schomp Mini!!! More

Went looking for a Mini in Spicy Orange and Al found one for us. Turns out it was a roadster. Kinda hesitant, but after driving roadster and convertible demo cars, my wife and I were in total agreement th for us. Turns out it was a roadster. Deal went very smoothly and was no pressure all the way. My wife really liked and wanted the racing stripes and I have to admit there wasn't much argument from my end. Al found us the one we wanted and it had a number of options that turned out we really like. We would definitely recommend the car, the dealer and the salesman to anyone. More
