I hate buying cars, but Ralph Schomp was different. I had been looking for a used car for a few weeks. I was expecting the usual high pressure sales game. The sales people aren't on commission, and the prices are right in that area where they can make money but low enough to compete against anything else around. It takes the pressure off so it can actually be fun. I worked with Fabi. She was really on the ball, and seemed like a genuinely good person. She made the whole process virtually painless. More

Most unprofessional team of salesmen that I've ever seen DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. CROOKS. I'll just sum it up for you: -After a month of owning the car, received a call that the inte DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. CROOKS. I'll just sum it up for you: -After a month of owning the car, received a call that the interest rate was being doubled (despite the fact that the agreement had been signed already with a lower rate), and if we did not agree, then the car would be towed. -Was promised a Visa gift card because of a promotion; once the deal was signed, no one "was the one to deal with that". -Was promised to have the new car delivered, and was strung along for over 5 hours beyond the window of time because "no one was around to bring it"; when we left to go pick it up ourselves, we called to say we were on our way; after 30 minutes of no answer, we were finally told that, oh by the way, it was suddenly on its way, and that we needed to just turn around. -Received inappropriately informal text messages and emails from Jake, the guy who originally made the "deal". These are just the main points in a concise fashion. I.e. could expound, but you get the gist. I look at situations like this and wonder what the owner would think if he knew his business was being represented and conducted in such a disturbing fashion. Stay away. Stay away from this dealership. More
Very Disappointed in our purchase Purchased a 2004 Toyota Sequoia. We traded in our perfectly good MINT shape, Honda Del Sol (our Honda had NO PROBLEMS - you could eat off it's engine) yet, we still had to pay an additional $8,000 vs keeping our paid of Honda (I am an idiot). First red flag should have been the reason I said no to our purchase. Right after the purchase, we had to have it in for service for the AC fan.....a loud noise determined the fan needed to be repaired by their service. They did not charge us for this repair...so I can not say this was a bad thing. But right after....we learned they cleared a check engine light before they sold the vehicle so they could sell it without having to put more money in before the sale. I feel so cheated and lied to. I have never had a sale like this before and have always trusted people. I guess I am a trusting dimwit! Now, AGAIN we have to have it in for service....we don't even have our plates yet and we have to put $800.00 into the thing. I am sick to my stomach! I will never purchase a used vehicle from a dealer again! More
Very dissatisfied with customer service and attention. I have always been a fan of Ralph Schomp as an organization; however, I would not recommend its Mini location. Having been a customer of Ralph Schomp I have always been a fan of Ralph Schomp as an organization; however, I would not recommend its Mini location. Having been a customer of Ralph Schomp Honda in the past, I had high expectations for my experience when I visited the Mini location. At the Honda dealership I have always been addressed with friendliness and enthusiasm. However, I experienced almost the opposite at RS Mini when I visited to test drive a 2012 Acura TSX in June 2015. When I first arrived to the dealership, I found the vehicle on my own and then went inside the showroom to speak with a sales advisor. The advisor who assisted was somewhat nice, but he had been on the job for only a week and was very uninformed and seemed to not know what he was doing/saying. The test drive was awful because the vehicle was filthy and had a foul odor. After the test drive I worked with a different advisor (Jake) who had informed me that he would have the car detailed to eliminate the smell so that I could come back the next day to view and test drive it again. However, when I returned the next day, I had to wait almost 10 minutes in the showroom before anyone paid me any attention (even though there were sales associates/advisors standing around and joking with each other). When I asked to see the TSX, I was informed it had not been detailed because they were not sure how serious I was about the purchase. I was extremely angry because I was liked the vehicle and was looking forward to seeing it clean. I was told by the finance manager, Shawn, that he was taking the car to detail and would phone me at 10am on Friday (June 19) the next morning so I could come back and see it clean (I am writing this review at almost 3pm on Friday, June 19, and I have yet to hear from anyone from Ralph Schomp). This prompted me to leave Ralph Schomp Mini and visit Courtesy Acura down the street, where I ultimately purchased a very similar TSX in much better condition. I will continue to do business with Ralph Schomp Honda, but never again will I consider Ralph Schomp Mini. More
Communication please? I wish I had something good to say, but the service department didn't give me anything positive to go off. Keeping it short: poor communication skills I wish I had something good to say, but the service department didn't give me anything positive to go off. Keeping it short: poor communication skills, took way longer then it should have, made everything harder then it ever should have been. Even talked to service manager and the situation did not improve. I'm shocked they are authorized to work on MINI's with that level of service. More

I'm sure it is something that dates back to the days of when they took your keys and threw them on the roof and said they lost them. But, I recently had a relaxing car buying experience here. They had a used Truck I had been looking at and when I finally decided to make the purchase, they were more than fair with the price of my trade in. Jake Williamson was easy to work with and very pleasant. Most importantly however was how fast they worked my deal and got me out the door. I had to get to work and they absolutely pushed my paperwork through at a record pace. Nice work. More

Instead of getting to the bottom of the issue they were just changing the bulb. I was driving back and forth and planting myself in the waiting room over and over. I was explaining to the lady who was checking me out that there was more to the issue, because it kept happening and that i would really appreciate not making a 4th visit in a week for the same issue when Matt Tewmey overheard my frustration and took leadership and ownership of the issue. Wow! he listened and took the time to help rather then just offer a band-aid approach. He listened asked questions and confirmed my issue and concern.... Are you listening Schomp management this guy is a big asset to your team. Tonight my review would have been a 1 star but after I talked with Matt I give him a 5 star perfect rating for perfect customer service! Matt could teach a class on how to handle unhappy customers. I personally would hire Matt. Matt you turned a very unhappy customer around very skillfully. Great Job!! More
Miscommunication nightmare. Horrible Documentation Took vehicle to dealer for first service. Technician came out and told my wife the tires were getting close to being worn at at 5/32. Would recommend Took vehicle to dealer for first service. Technician came out and told my wife the tires were getting close to being worn at at 5/32. Would recommend them now for convenience since we live in the springs. It is not convenient to spend 600 dollars when the tires are halfway worn. I don't care if winter is coming or not. Should have said, tires are at 5/32 ... will need tires maybe by the next service. My husband has been in Texas after having surgery. After filing out the survey from Mini, my husband got a call from his former employer letting him know that Mark the Gm of the dealer called him asking him to keep his employees in line better. That is ridiculous. I would strongly caution anyone to use this facility. More
