Unexpectedly Exceptional Service! I contacted Schomp Mini to look at a used Mini Countryman for my daughters first car. The car we looked at was not quite right, but the salesperson, I contacted Schomp Mini to look at a used Mini Countryman for my daughters first car. The car we looked at was not quite right, but the salesperson, Adrian, said he would look out for the perfect car for us. Within two weeks, he had found one that had just been traded in. It was perfect. Due to personal circumstances, the financing was difficult, but Adrian and his team worked through all the issues in a very respectful and private manner. He was always in contact with me, gave me heads up frequently, and let me know all of the stumbling blocks. Once they had financing sorted out, they continued to look for better options. I went in to sign the papers once all was ready, Adrian was not available but I had the pleasure of meeting Lana and she spent hours with my daughter and I to make sure we were fully satisfied and knowledgeable of all the options, warranties, etc. There was no pressure at all, everyone I dealt with was honest, open, and seemed genuinely happy. The whole atmosphere was great - I have never experienced such an amazing car purchase. Thanks Adrian, Lana, and Schomp folks! More

Easiest Car Buying Experience. We just recently bought a 2013 Mini Cooper S from Schomp. It was a great experience. Our salesman, James was excellent. Schomp never disappoints Our family owns three MINI COOPERS. 2 hard tops and a countryman all4. worst on commitment Worst experience. I booked used car paying 500$ and day later I came to buy a car, it was sold to someone else. The reason was told they did not u Worst experience. What a unprofessional mini schomp staffs are ;(. how irresponsible they are. Its breach of trust of customer. Why customer should rely on schomp. The sales guy James was good and had no intention to do that so blame does not go to him but Its responsibility of schomp staff who did not update the system and put big question on Schomp as dealer And then they offered cars which did not had what i was looking for as a car and a price. But then how can you trust and feel when someone take away what you like after paying a holding fee. It was wastage of my time as I came 3 times, So its loss of time/money and lots of mental torture ;( Beware customers think 100 times before trusting schomp and I pray GOD nobody becomes next victim of it More
