Lana, my sales associate, was professional, knowledgeable, and cordial. I had plenty of time for a test drive. There was no pressure to buy with the infamous "hard-sell" tactic found at many dealerships, no need for haggling (the car was well below Kelley Blue Book pricing), and you only work with your sales associate, eliminating the need to negotiate terms with some financing manager or sales manager over things you do not need. More

Customers of Ralph Schomp MINI for the long run! We came in to Ralph Schomp MINI to test drive a Mini Cooper S and we walked out with a promise from Gabriel that he would find us the perfect car. Th We came in to Ralph Schomp MINI to test drive a Mini Cooper S and we walked out with a promise from Gabriel that he would find us the perfect car. That is exactly what he did. He checked in with us weekly by sending us emails with videos and descriptions on the latest cars to arrive at the dealership. He would even check-in with us, even if there wasn't a new car available, but to let us know that he was still keeping a watch out. Gabriel was more interested in getting us the perfect car instead of trying to make a quick sale. We never felt pressured. Ralph Schomp MINI is awesome, Gabriel ROCKS! More

Turns out that Schomp is still the great dealership that I remember. My sales person, Fika, was awesome. Zak was great and explained all the car's features. He even took our picture with our new car! The building and the environment is amazing and even the detailing of the car was perfect. So, I would recommend this dealership to everyone. By the way the car is perfect and I love it.
